Tuesday 4...

Thanks to Annie for continuing Toni's Tuesday 4.  You can join in HERE!

Cozy Moments

Welcome to Tuesday 4 in honor and memory of our friend, Toni Taddeo.
We offer you 4 questions each week to provide you with some blogging material and to help you get to know other bloggers.
I hope you'll join us each Tuesday.

Cozy moments

1. How would you describe a perfect evening at home?

How we have been spending most evenings for the last four+ months! Watching TV.  I do miss getting together with friends for a meal and good conversation.

2. Have you had a perfect evening lately? How did it go?

Every night is pretty much the same. It has been a while since we had the neighbors over for a meal and a card game.

3. Do you watch TV every night or have a set time to view TV?
What programs do you watch or do you listen to music?

Our TV is on most of the day and night these days. We don't set a time for watching TV.  We have been marathoning McLeod's Daughters on AcornTV and we watch a lot of The Incredible Dr. Pol.

4. Are cozy evenings different in Fall/Winter than in Spring/Summer?

Nope... not here in Florida.

-------------------------------------------

We have a quiet week this week and that makes me happy! We go to the farm (Joe's client) tomorrow and I have a regular appointment with the cardiologist tomorrow afternoon.  That's all that is on the calendar the entire week.  Our neighbors, Bob & Sharon, are taking off for a few weeks of travel, including seeing their son in Chicago. We will be watching the house and picking up their mail.

Thanks for your visit today!
Peace & hugs!!  God bless!!

  1. Yes, I agree, it is no fun not being able to have people in and out to visit these days. I am looking forward to getting our lives back to some kind of "normal". We do look forward to our kids coming over usually once a week for pizza night. That is always fun. They pick it up at Domino's and I enjoy not having to cook for one evening! Hope your appt. goes well and that you have a blessed week!

  2. My tv is on all the time too; sometimes I sit and watch and sometimes it is just on! If I am not watching it, I am reading on the porch (depending on temperature). Hope your Tuesday is a good day.

  3. Keeping your friends in prayer, I have a "itching" to want to get going and get out of here...just saying.

Keeping Joe and you in prayer. Have a beautiful day, friend.

  4. Wow...tough time for traveling. I'll be praying for your friends that no borders get shut while they are on the wrong side of them, that they stay healthy, and that they don't have to quarantine either at home or anywhere else (cause like here in PA, if you're coming from FL you have to do the 14-day quarantine...or else!). Have a good day, Terri!

    1. I think they are in for a rude awakening but they are determined to travel. They are supposed to quarantine in Chicago but only plan to stay three days. It will be interesting.

  5. Cozy and quiet evenings here, too, Terri. We don't watch a whole lot of TV, but have been doing a bit more of that since this virus hit. Have fun at the farm!

  6. My sis in law was telling me about McLeods Daughters. She got hooked on it this summer. I may have to get a subscription to ACORN.

  8. I have about the same exact answers as you. We have been watching more and more tv as we are staying in more.
I was just wondering the other day - what did I do before Covid - I know I didn't watch that much tv, but I could not remember!

  13. Interesting about Bob and Sharon's road trip! Tom's really wanting to get out to Phoenix to see his kids, but has agreed to wait a while longer.
We, too, spend most of our days and nights inside reading or watching TV. It's too stinking hot to be outside for more than a few minutes.
