The color of this gown blew me away. A bit vintage but also modern. I have no idea where this could be worn, but she needs some shoes. Count down 1-2-3 and tell us which ones you like best.
My thoughts: I love the color. Deep jewel tones are always beautiful. I couldn't wear this dress even if I had a place to wear something like that. One can always dream. As for the shoes, I will pick #1 for the model, but #2 for me. What are your thoughts?

Thanks to all who offered prayers for Danon and his surgery
yesterday. Mali said he came through the surgery fine and was
transferred to a room from post-op recovery. Hoping he will
be up for visitors tomorrow. He is expected to be in the hospital
for a few days. Continued prayers, please, for healing!
Oops, I missed your post yesterday, so I didn't know about Danon. Glad he came through the surgery fine and praying his recovery will be swift and smooth. I love the color of that dress! That is definitely my color. However, where on earth could we wear such a lovely dress? I guess we just don't "move" in the right circles! LOL. Shoe #1 looks like it matches the color better, but it is difficult to tell in a photo. However, I am with you on #2 for comfort. Now, where could I wear that dress, even if I could fit into it? I don't know. Maybe Melania could wear it to the Inaugural Ball...

ReplyDeleteSuch a beautiful jewel tone on that dress. I am going with shoe #2. I think with a dress like that, you really don't need much of a fancy shoe. It really won't be seen except for maybe the toes.

That is a beautiful color!!! I pick shoe #3, although shoe #2 would be great too. I chose #3 because the heel looked to be higher, not that I would wear it, but the lady in the picture looks like she would.

ReplyDeleteOne could be comfortable and wear flip flops with this dress due to its length. The design is amazing. But if shoes must be worn, I'd wear #2.
