There isn't a linky and there aren't any rules.
Check out the dress and pick the clutch you think she should carry.
It is all for fun and just a whimsical thing!
The photos are from The Storybook of Dreams and Beauty.
I wonder if Grace Kelly would have carried one of these clutch bags with this dress from the film Rear Window (1954). Count down 1-2-3 and tell us what you think! It's all for fun and just a whimsical thing!!
My thoughts: Oh my, wasn't she beautiful!! I'm going to choose purse #1, though they all would work with the dress. Tell us what you think!! Have you seen the movie Rear Window? Alfred Hitchcock sure knew how to take us on a ride with his movies!
Peace and Hugs!
What a friend we have in Jesus!!
I'm not too fond of #1 or #2 so I will go with #3 which I quite like with the dress. But you are right, any of them would look good.
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen that movie.
ReplyDeleteI like purse #3 the best today. She was pretty - so classy!
Oh, so lovely! Yes, Grace Kelly was a true natural beauty! Yes, I've seen that movie, but now I forget what it was about. I'll have to watch it again. It's been a long time. And yes, my eyes were drawn to purse #1 first. So I will go with that, although they are all lovely and would work either way! What a friend we have in Jesus, all our sins and griefs to bear! What a privilege to carry, everything to God in prayer! Amen.
ReplyDeleteI choose #3. Grace Kelly really was beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI would choose number 2. Yes, Grace Kelly was so beautiful and graceful.
ReplyDeleteNo, I never saw that movie. There are so many old movies I have never seen because of the very sheltered life we had growing up. Actually, music too. Last weekend Sammy said, "I never knew anyone like you that doesn't know much about songs." Hahaha! Of course, he's talking about the oldies that he loves so much. I told him that I wasn't allowed to listen to anything but Christian songs growing up, and there was a short period of time in my teens that I sneaked listening to other music, and then most of my adult life I didn't listen or sing anything but Christian music. What I didn't tell him was that it was when his dad and another foster teen came into our lives that I started allowing my car radio to be on a station they wanted to listen to.
Jean, thanks for sharing some of your story. xo
DeleteI like #3.
ReplyDeleteI think #3. Yes, she was beautiful! I've watched this movie several times and she looked fabulous in this dress. Certainly a Grace Kelly classic♥
ReplyDeleteShe was beautiful. Bet she didn't have to carry a purse - she never needed one! I think if she did I like number three.
ReplyDeleteI do love all these purses, Terri, but I'll go with #3 today.
ReplyDeleteDanny is home and doing well - thanks for all the prayers!
Class act, wasn't she? I'm going with #2.
