Joyce's Wednesday Hodgepodge!!

Thanks to our hostess, Joyce, for today's questions!  You can join in HERE!

Hodgepodge Questions-Volume 545

From this Side of the Pond

1. What's a talent you wish you had?  I wish I had stuck with piano lessons.

2. In one word, what's your state of mind right now?  Blessed.

3. What's the next major purchase you need to make? Will it happen this month? This year?  I need new floors and I need a new refrigerator.  Not happening this month but I hope to manage it this year.

4. Tuesday (April 2nd) was National PB and J Day...did you celebrate? Is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich something you eat weekly or more? What's your favorite kind of jelly?  I did not celebrate.  I might have a PB&J once in two or three months.  It's just not something I think about.  I prefer grape jelly with peanut butter, but I really like peach jam or apricot jam for my bagel and cream cheese.

5. Are you easily intimidated?  Who or what intimidates you?  I am not easily intimidated and nothing comes to mind right now about who or what intimidates me.  I think I've grown out of being intimidated.

6. Insert your own random thought here.  The craziness of March is behind me and (so far) April looks pretty laid back and quiet.  I got Easter decorations put away, my laundry is done, including extra sheets and towels, and I'm slowly getting caught up on reading blogs.  God is so good!!

Peace and Hugs!

What a friend we have in Jesus!!

  2. Those are big purchases but fun ones too.
You've gotten a lot done, hopefully April will be a little calmer for you - but I know some of that busyness was great fun!

  4. I've heard so many people express regret for not sticking with piano lessons! (... while I'm over here wishing I'd quit sooner. lol)
Blessed is a perfect response. Yes, we've so much to be thankful for.
I wish I wasn't so intimidated by city traffic and other drivers' behavior.
