I posted lots of photos on Monday but have a few more for today...
I saw our law enforcement trucks drive by so I got nosy and went to our conference room to see where they went. There are actually three law enforcement trucks parked there and I still don't know why they converged there on one of our closed days.
While I was looking at the LE trucks, I snapped a photo of the road work going on. We only have three days each week for work to be done (when we aren't open to the public) so it's been a dusty couple of days out there.
This isn't my photo, but I'm sharing it from one of my co-workers. He found this very big diamond back rattle snake near one of our lakes yesterday. Dangerous, yes, but I also think they are beautiful.
There he goes...
Happy December!! Wow!!
Peace and Hugs!!
Have a blessed day and weekend!
The SON is shining!!

What a jolly group! Good food and good friends, what could be better?
ReplyDeleteI've never fainted in my life (knock wood), but would probably do so if I saw that creature 'in person.'
Happy Friday!
The SON always shining.
ReplyDeleteThat snake scared me to death. lol
You live in such a wonderful place. Lucky to have friends like that.
The dinner photo was great. I can't say I appreciate the beauty of the snake.
ReplyDeleteThat Diamondback Rattler looks pretty healthy. We used to see them often when I was growing up in Tavares. We lived out in the woods then, but development came to the area and drove out all the snakes. I guess that's a good thing, but in some ways it is sad. Although I never wanted to run into one unexpectedly. I did have some close encounters when we were growing up. I guess I'm glad they're not so prolific now after all. LOL. I love the group of your friends out to eat. They look like a fun group! You are blessed to have such a nice neighborhood to enjoy! I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
