No new photos for today so I scooted back a few years to see if there was anything worth re-posting. I found these and enjoyed seeing them again so hope you do too! The wisdom of Charles Schultz...
I didn't go out last night with the Mas Verde group because a couple of folks were exposed to Covid. I chose to stay on the safe side at home. Got some laundry done instead. The couple who have Covid are doing fine and not feeling too bad so it is most likely Omicron. One way or the other, I don't want to take a chance on needing to quarantine for five days. Better to miss a meal and be safe. Sigh.
God is in control!

Wise decision. More and more of our church people are coming down with this. It seems to be running rampant through the whole region up here right now. Thankfully it isn't the severed Covid, but most likely Omicron. Not sure if they can tell the difference by the test or not, but I am being tested this morning. I may be getting over it by now, but not taking any chances in spreading it further. Love your Peanuts cartoons. They were perfect for today!!! Thanks for sharing them. I don't have any new photos either. I may take the day "off" from posting. Have a happy weekend.
ReplyDeleteYes- Better to stay safe than expose yourself. It is bad enough when we are exposed unknowingly!
ReplyDeleteI love Charles Schultz. I always have. I can remember how excited I was when they would have his cartoon specials on TV when I was young. xo Diana
Yep! Stay away from the Covid whenever you can, Terri. That's the last thing I want to get as I recover here at home.
ReplyDeleteAnd is there anything better to warm the heart than some Peanuts' wisdom first thing in the morning? That has always been my favorite cartoon strip, and the wisdom of Schultz is timeless.
Blessings!
You are so smart. Let's pray others will vaccinate, and this will become a thing of the past. Prayers dear girl as you stay safe.
ReplyDeleteJust for the record... they all have been vaccinated.
DeleteThat is a lot of great advice from Charles!!!! Thanks for sharing Terri!!
ReplyDeleteI chose to be happy too and not live in fear. Had enough of the fear when I was growing up from a tyrannical father.
ReplyDeleteLove & Blessings. xx
I agree...but on that note, Terri, I like what Sparky said too. grin
ReplyDeleteGosh, how these 'toons' resonate! Great choices, Terri.
ReplyDeleteAnd ya, I think you made the right choice to stay home last evening. Just in our little congregation, Covid cases are multiplying. Hugs!
Lots of wisdom in Charlie Brown, Glad you stayed safe,
ReplyDeleteGreat graphics, Terri! Every one of them is helpful.
ReplyDeleteGlad you stayed in and played it safe. No harm in that at all.
Hi Terri, I love your photo share today and am so happy you decided to play it safe by staying home. Very wise. Sorry I haven't been commenting but I think I have those computer issues worked out at last. Just needed to sit down and figure it out.
