Tuesday 4...

Thanks to Annie for today's questions!  You can join in HERE!

Tuesday 4

Blast from the Past

Welcome back to Toni Taddeo's Tuesday 4...  We are glad to have you here!

1.   If you had one million dollars to spend only on yourself, what would you spend it on?  I can't even imagine spending that much money on just myself.  I couldn't do it.

2.   You can do it again. What decade are you going back to and why?  No blast from the past for me.  I am okay right where I am.  What's the attraction?  My God is in control.

3.   What's the last song that got stuck in your head? Alternatively, what's your current favorite song?  Songs don't usually get stuck in my head and I really don't have just one favorite.

4.   What items do you miss from the past and wish they were still around?  Perhaps my skinnier clothes and wished they still fit!! LOL

Peace & hugs!
God is in control.

  4. I remember my former husband telling me, "You couldn't spend a million dollars!" and I'd retort, "Maybe not, but I'd sure like to try."
Yes, God is in control All.The.Time.

  7. Great job just being honest....I probably could've answered the same way but thought I'd think outside the box a bit and when it came down to it, I knew I probably did have an answer. Have a great week.

  8. Skinny clothes...yeah...I'd like that, and some that were in style. My skinny clothes are way outdated. Shoulder pads, etc. LOL. I still have them hanging there...dresses...but I never wear them and no one else would either, so why do I keep them? They're still too nice to just throw away!. Maybe they will come back in style and I'll get skinny again. LOL. Dream on.

  10. I'm with you about the million dollars. Don't think I could spend it all on me, where's the joy in that anyways? I'd like to pay bills off yes but all my kids bills too. Help them in housing or whatever. I don't know. Actually anymore I don't think a million dollars goes that far though if I started buying the kids houses ! I probably will never come into a million dollars anyways but God has always supplied all my needs and there is joy in life without being rich in money.
Sometimes I think I was born in the wrong decade but that is more of a joke. I think every decade had it's problems I just hold on to God's promises and pray for my children and grandchildren with all that's going on in this world.
Clothes are fun I like to mix up decades. Did that Sunday and got complimented on a dress I had from years ago haha
I miss Rain Tree that Noxema made because it reminds me of my mom. I always smelled it when she stayed over at my house when they visited. The fragrance lingered. I wrote to the company that bought out Noxema but they wrote back they do not have it. It smelled kind of citrus like but so mild , reminded me of sunshine, citrus and flowers

  12. I think my current stuck in the head song is Johnny Cash's "I've Been Everywhere," because it's a commercial for the USPS that's played frequently on Fox. Love Johnny Cash! As I told Pamela, I'd love to be an adult in the decades of the 50s and 60s if only for one day. Wouldn't it be cool if we could go back in time and observe ourselves as children? I guess we will just have to be content with our memories.
    Blessings, Terri!

Here's a song that's been in my head lately - The Goodness of God. It really is true!
