Not many new photos today...
One of my co-workers went fishing on his day off and caught this big bass!! It made our local newspaper yesterday!! He let it go after the picture was taken.
I was exposed to covid last weekend. I actually feel that just stepping outside the house exposes me to covid but, even though I feel fine and have no symptoms, I did a home test on two different days, just to make sure. Praise God both were negative and I still feel fine. I am so happy we have home tests now. The two friends who are quarantined for this week are doing okay. I'm dropping off some chicken soup for them today.
Lilly was watching me eat breakfast earlier in the week
Maya was sent to me by her mom. She is such a cutie!!

Wow that is a fish! I think, just my personal opinion, we are going to have to live with covid, period...at least Florida has the monoclonal antibodies. Maya is such a cutie, smiles.
ReplyDeleteI had to look and see who this was...our Linda has changed her profile picture! Love it!
DeleteLilly looks like she's saying, "You gonna eat that?" lol
ReplyDeleteMaya is so cute.
Blessings. xx
I sure hope you continue to feel good and don't get sick. It's still so hard to know the virus is out there and try to live our lives any way. Take care and enjoy the weekend ahead!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie Maya is! I bet you both enjoy being penpals. I'm glad your tests were negative. I was just at the doctor's yesterday and discovered the CDC is now saying those over 50 need a second booster, but my doctor said the more boosters you get the less benefit there is. He says it's never going away. We'll probably have to learn to live with it and a yearly vaccine just like the flu. Masks may eventually go completely away, but he does think they will stick around in medical settings. I kinda, sorta hope there is a special punishment for those who engineered the virus.
ReplyDeleteMaya is darling. How fun to be her pen pal! Glad to hear that your tests were negative and I pray that you continue to feel well. Enjoy your weekend, Terri.
ReplyDeleteWhat a little doll, your Maya! I'm so glad your Covid home tests came back negative. We still have the freebies sitting unused, but there's a comfort level knowing they're there.
ReplyDeleteMaya is a cutie, Terri, that's for sure! Glad your covid test was negative, too. Having a home testing kit is handy. So sweet of you to take your friends some chicken soup, too. Nothing better when you're feeling under the weather.
ReplyDeleteBlessings!
Covid is alive and well here in Florida. If people had vaccinated and masked, we would not still be going through this...alas...that is old news...take care dear lady and stay well...I am hearing of people who are still getting it all the time...have a wonderful weekend. You are just so amazing.
ReplyDeleteGlad you tested negative. Hope it stays that way. Yes Maya is a cutie. Have a good weekend Terri

ReplyDeleteWow, that's a big one!!! That fish, that is! LOL. Amazing! Oh, and I love the picture of your Lily! She's a bit different than MY Lily, but still so sweet! LOL. I am so glad you tested negative for the ugly C word. Praying your friends get well soon. I'm sure they appreciated the soup. I know I would! Maya is so cute and sweet! What a blessing to have her for your pen pal! She is adorable. Hope you have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteMy Lilly spells her name with two Ls so she is different from your sweet Lily!
DeleteMy guys would all be jealous of the fish. I am so glad you are ok. Your antibodies from having it are probably keeping you well.
