We are up and out to breakfast with the kids today before they head back to Georgia. It's been a fun weekend! I have a few photos to share tomorrow for my weekend recap.
Until then, tomorrow is Monday and I have a busy week ahead.....and laundry to do today.
Looking forward to reading about your weekends. Thanks for your visit today! Peace & hugs.

Never heard the phrase Smonday...will have to remember that one. Weekend is laying low recovering from some minor surgery.
ReplyDeleteSometimes minor surgery hurts as much as major surgery. Heal quickly!!
DeleteWhat a cute phrase. Have a beautiful Sunday, Terri.
ReplyDeleteAlthough I have been retired for many years, I still feel the same way about Monday as I did back 'when'. I think maybe it is because I worked way more years than I have been retired, and it still kicks in! I look forward to your pictures of your weekend, and pray for the upcoming week for you.
ReplyDeleteWhen I "worked", I would get almost depressed on Sunday evening. Now, I just wonder what in the world my week is gonna hold because there's ALWAYS something! LOL Retirement and being a Nannie to 4 kiddos and having a hubby at home with an injury and my Mom...well, you're getting the picture....no rest for the weary. ;-) HOPE your week flies by since you're gonna be busy...glad Mr. Joe is still feeling better. God is good!
ReplyDeleteI remember Smonday afternoons when the dreaded feeling of going back to work set in....it's been a while for me. Enjoy your breakfast with the kids and have a great day.
ReplyDeleteTerrie, where do your kids live in Georgia?
ReplyDeleteBrunswick area.
DeleteMy sister lives near Valdosta.
Deletethats right, now I remember. I wish they lived farther up north so maybe we could meet up sometime.
DeleteOoooh, now I've a diagnosis! For more decades than I care to admit, I've suffered from S'monday.
ReplyDeleteGotta share this on my FB page!
I never heard of Smonday. :) I guess that's one benefit to working weekends - I don't have to dread Monday because I've already been working!
