Friends,
I stayed home again yesterday with this stupid, frustrating cold. Back to work today and will have to make up time next week. Thankful to have a boss who allows me to do that!
I have done two covid tests and they were both negative, so this is "just" a cold.
I've had worse colds but haven't had a cold since before covid. I don't even know where this one came from. I didn't feel this bad when I did have covid. Go figure. Hopefully, I am done with colds for another three years!!
No plans this weekend (other than church) so will just be laying low.

PS... I was up all night coughing. Maybe got 2 hours of sleep, so didn't go back to work today. Hate this cold!! No patience being sick.
Oh, I am sorry to hear you are still feeling under the weather. Colds seem to be making the rounds up in this area again...several at church suffering with them and bronchitis. So be careful and get the rest you need. Your health is more important than anything. And God will help you make up the lost time/money in His time. Just take care of YOU first!! Yes, God IS in control!! (do you know that song by Twila Paris?)
