Friday Fotos...

It's time to share some photos from my week, carrying on the tradition begun by blogging friend Deb.

We went to the farm (Joe's client), as usual, and some of the cattle were waiting on the lane for us.  Always fun!

The horses got carrots. This is Pistol and Doc, my buddies.  They both come when they see me.

The owners planted a garden a few weeks ago and it is doing really well!

This is Majesty, who also comes to me when she sees me. Those carrots are a good treat!

Vanna has a bad leg and sometimes she feels like walking over for carrots, but most of the time she just stays where she is at like she did this week.  I can't get to her there without going all the way back to another gate to get into that pass through... either that or climb the fence (which I can't do!).

I tried to get a good shot of their Trump banner blowing in the wind. This is the best one I got.

Meet Roho. He is the only working dog left now and was out of his kennel when we arrived. He loves the treats I bring and even laid under my feet most of the time we were there.  He is a sweet boy.

The cattle were still hanging out when we left...

Last night (Thursday) we went to dinner with Tim and Judy at our local Greek restaurant, Louis Pappas.  We had a fun time talking and laughing and the food was delicious!

Joe has a doctor's appointment this afternoon and that is all that is on the calendar.

Our clubhouse is closed, as is the pool, for another week.  We have three people with C-19 in the park.  No one we know or have been close to and the three are from the same family. All three are recovering well but the managers here want to stay closed for the usual 14-day quarantine time, to make sure no one else was exposed. After all these months they are the first in our community. It's good the managers are being careful.

Thanks for stopping by today!

Peace & hugs!  God bless!!

  3. I hope everyone recovers and it doesn't spread. It's still such a threat and we have to be careful. Love seeing the horses and cows on the farm. The weather is nice this morning! Hope you're getting a cool down too! Hugs!

    1. I still think I had it (Joe too) back in December. I couldn't taste or smell for nearly three weeks and coughed and coughed and coughed. My doctor said it was a sinus infection and gave me antibiotics, which didn't really help. I am not getting a antibody test to find out, though.

  12. I love seeing the black Angus cows (I assume that is what they are). My dad raised Black Angus when we lived on the farm in PA. So I guess I have a special place in my heart for them. And those horses are so special. I love that they love to see you (and the carrots, of course). Glad you were able to have some dinner with friends, but sorry to hear that the virus has hit your neighborhood. Praying it goes no further and that the people affected will get well soon. Seems like it is popping up again in places where we aren't expecting it. Praying for the safety of all. Did you see that Barb's Tom has it too? Praying for them. Please take care and stay safe.

    1. I haven't seen her blog yet but gathered something was up from the title. The cattle are Brangus. Here is a link: https://www.wikihow.com/Identify-Brangus-Cattle#:~:text=Brangus%20cattle%20are%20a%20mix%20of%20Angus%20and,refers%20to%20black%20cows%2C%20Red%20Brangus%20also%20exist.
