Hi! I'm your host Bev Sykes of the blog "Funny the World". . Welcome to Sunday Stealing. This feature originated and published on WTIT: The Blog. Cheers to all of us thieves!
Stolen from Life Entirely
1. Something someone told you about yourself that you never forgot. In 6th grade, my friend Mary told me I looked like Haley Mills. (I didn't.)
2. What are your 3 top pet peeves. Being late; people who are always late; "open here"s that don't work.
3. List five places you want to visit. Scotland, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark (family history)
4. Share something you struggle with. Patience.
5. Post words of wisdom that speak to you. Worry is interest paid in advance for trouble that rarely comes.
6. Something you always think “what if....?” about. What if I won the lottery...
7. Five blessings in your life. Faith; Family; Freedom; Friends; Home...
8. Something that you miss. Seeing people smile (the masks); hugs!
9. Post about your zodiac sign and whether or not it fits you. I am Sagittarian but don't pay a lot of attention to what that means.
10. Think of a word. Search for it on Google images. Write something inspired by the 11th image. I typed in "blessed" and this is the 11th image. It speaks for itself...
11. Write about an area of your life that you’d like to improve. That patience thing.
12. What made you laugh out loud today. Our cat, Vinny, went crazy running through the house. It made me laugh!
13. What are your goals for the next 30 days. I'm retired. I don't have goals other than one day at a time. I have plans, but goals... Nah.
14. Your highs and lows for the month. I don't dwell on the few lows that happen. Life happens. Highs are getting out to eat with friends. How about just waking up to a new day!!
15. Favorite movies that you never get tired of watching. It's A Wonderful Life; While You Were Sleeping; Sleepless in Seattle; Scrooge; You've Got Mail.... the list is long!
16. Books you have read more than once. Gone With The Wind; Pillars of the Earth; The Bible; The Fox; The Once and Future King...
17. Something about which you feel strongly. Read John 3:16!
18. Five things that make you really happy. See #7
19. What are you excited about? That my BFF Elaine and her hubby will be our neighbors in January, February, and March of 2021!
20. Three celebrity crushes. I'm kind of over that but you all know one would be Sam Elliott.
Thanks for your visit today!! Happy Sunday!
Peace & hugs! God bless!!

Good questions and good answers as always. I will be so glad when things are back to normal, whatever that is! Have a blessed day.
ReplyDelete#8 Sometimes I'm glad people can't see my facial expressions with my mask on. lol
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
yes on Sam Elliot! smiles. Have a great day friend. smiles
ReplyDeleteWorry is definitely a waste of time, Terri. We should be quick to pray about everything instead of succumbing to worry. And I love the "I am blessed" meme - perfect!
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed Sunday!
I enjoyed your answers today, especially #2 about "open here".
ReplyDeleteHave a good Sunday my friend.
What great answers! Now I'm wishing I didn't grow weary, over-thinking the whole thing before closing my tablet. So funny about Haley Mills! One of my grandma's friends told me that the summer of '64 and I walked on air for days. #5 is so perfect for me; I should tattoo that on my heart. I used to daydream about lottery winnings; unfortunately, Alabama doesn't have a lottery. :( Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteOh YES! If I won the lottery! That is a great answer! Loved your answers! Have a great day!

Oh such great answers! You would have been a cute Hayley Mills! Winning the lottery...wouldn't that be fun? But actually such a huge responsibility to have so much money and want to do good things with it, but suddenly the requests and demands would be so great...I think I'll pass. How nice to have your BFF staying next to you in the winter/spring. Is that something new? How'd it happen? sounds wonderful. Hope you will always be BFF's! Enjoy each day as it comes...no worries...that's my goal. Have a blessed day.
ReplyDeleteOur Canadian neighbors aren't coming down because Murray needs some surgery that requires three months of no travel. Jill was talking to me on the phone and mentioned maybe renting their house for a few months. Jim & Elaine have been wanting to get out of the Illinois winters and see how they like it. I put the two of them together and it is all working out perfectly! Jill and Murray hope to come down for April and May.
DeleteGood words of wisdom!
ReplyDeleteI'm also a Sagitarrius, but like you pay no attention to it.
Your pet peeves are also mine.
Aren't cars funny when they do that?
Very exciting that Elaine will be right next to you!
