I found this on a site called "my-bitter-soul" which now appears to be predominately for anime, but has the occasional meme as well.  He says he originally got it from a blog called "All My Answers," which has apparently been deleted.

Do You Have Freckles?  A few here and there, but not many.

Do You Sleep With Your Closet Doors Open Or Closed?  Closed - because of the cats.

Can You Whistle?  Yes, I can.

Did You Wake Up Cranky today?  I rarely wake up cranky.  Now creaky is another story.

Zodiac Sign.  Sagittarius.

What Is Your Eye Color?  Green.

Take A Vitamin Daily?  Yes.  Silver for women over 50.

Do You Sing In The Shower?  Nope. Never have.

What Did You Have For Lunch?  I didn't eat lunch yesterday.

Do You Watch The Olympics?  Yes, but only the sports I enjoy watching.

Do You Prefer To Swim In A Pool Or The Ocean?  Swim in a pool; play in the Gulf.

Bottled Water Or Tap Water?  I drink lots of bottled water, but tap water for coffee.

Do You work Better With Or Without Music?  With background noise (usually music).

Can You Curl Your Tongue?  No!! And it makes me mad. Both of my sisters can.

Is There Anything Pink Within 10 Feet Of You?  Yes. An antique cat cookie jar on the shelf.

Have You Ever Caught A Butterfly?  Never tried to catch one, but they have landed on me a few times.

Are You Easily Influenced By Other People?  Nope. Not anymore!

Do You Have Strange Dreams?  I never remember my dreams, so I have no idea if they are strange or not.

Do You Like Going On Airplanes?  I don't mind the airplane, but I LOATHE airports and all the crap you have to go through to finally get in the air.

Name One Movie That Made You Cry.  We just saw Dunkirk and I cried twice.

Peanuts Or Sunflower Seeds?  Peanuts.

If I Handed You A Concert Ticket Right Now, Who Would You Want The Performer To Be?  I don't care for concerts but Joe said he would go see Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga.  

Are You A Picky Eater?  Nope.  I can usually find something I like. About the only things I refuse to eat are okra, oysters, and snails.

Are You A Heavy Sleeper?  No. Sometimes wish I was.

Do You Fear Thunder / Lightning?  I don't fear them, but I respect them.

Do You Like Your Music Loud?  NO!!!

Would You Rather Carve Pumpkins Or Wrap Presents?  Wrap presents.

What’s The Next Movie You Want To See In Theaters?  Haven't a clue.

Been On The Computer For 5 Hours Straight?  Oh yes. But I'm retired now!!  :)

Do You Like Meeting New People?  Kinda, sorta. A few at a time, but not an entire room full of people I don't know. I'm terrible at names.  Terrible.

What Are Three Things You Did Today?  Went grocery shopping; cooked dinner for friends; cleaned up the kitchen when they went home.

What Do You Wear To Bed?  PJs.   

Do You Wear Jeans Or Sweats More?  Jeans. I don't own sweats anymore. This is Florida.
