Happy Sunday! I wasn't 'feeling' the Sunday Stealing meme for today, so am just popping in to say hello and to wish you a good Sunday!
We went out and looked at a few houses yesterday. None stole our hearts. We now know more about what we DON'T want, and that's a good thing. I'll do a better "recap" tomorrow.
Cleaning out drawers and cupboards....got our good Noritake china and Lenox crystal boxed up to give to our granddaughter, Lauren, whenever she gets time to come up this way. We are taking it to the storage unit today, so it is out of the way.
Laundry day and more sorting...maybe some packing. Have a blessed day and thanks for stopping by!
Peace & hugs!

Finding out what you don't like in a house is a good thing! Sounds like you are doing a lot. You should be fine for closing day. I have Noritake china that my brother gave me when he and my sister-in-law got new ones that they liked better. I love it, but seldom use it. If I can get the place cleaned up, I would love to have a dinner party and get it out.
ReplyDeleteSilly me! When I didn't see "Sunday Stealing" on my dashboard this morning I said a wee prayer all was well in Florida. Funny, isn't it, how we grow accustomed to routine?
ReplyDeleteI'm presently in the throes of making friends with our new PC. Frankly, it's not looking promising.
Have a great day!
Weekends run out so fast as we will be having lot of work to do. We normally move lot of works to get completed on weekends. It would be a tough days:)
ReplyDeleteYou are on a roll with sorting and packing....you go girl!
ReplyDeleteGood job!!! So glad you are tackling it early because you and I know the time will be gone before you know it. God will show you the house! We will pray it will be sooner rather than later.
ReplyDeleteI love looking at houses, but then after a while they all begin to run together. I know you will find the right home for yourself. Good job getting started on the packing.
ReplyDeleteYes, it is best to take your time and be sure of where you want to live before you make any commitments. Don't be pressured by time to "move too quickly" and regret it later. God has the exact right place waiting for you, and in His time He will reveal it to you...and it will be right on time! So, relax and let Him take the driver's seat!
ReplyDeletePacking seems endless, doesn't it. I remember that from our last move. I started about a month before the house even sold, and I was packing until we signed on the house. Hope your's goes easily and that "forever" place is found soon. Blessings. ~:)
ReplyDeleteGood for you for starting packing. It's a lot of work!
ReplyDeleteIt's good to know what you don't want in a house. Hopefully you'll find the right one soon.
Terri, love your Sunday meme. That is the truth!
ReplyDeleteLooking but not finding just the right one ... it's part of the process. If you found and bought something immediately you might have huge misgivings later on. It's all part of the adventure -- and yes, how good to firm up what you DON'T want in your next house. Very smart. Enjoy the adventure.
