We are off to see my sister in Georgia this weekend. It will be a nice break for us. Life is about to get even crazier over these next few weeks.
These next photos are the empty hutch and cupboards in the dining room, and the boxes loaded with all the glassware that was in them. I don't even think the kitchen will be as hard as the dining room was to sort and pack.
The new roof on our house was finished in one day. Joe said there were around ten men here yesterday. They started at 7:30 and finished at 2:30. The City came by and signed off with their inspection and it is done. Wow. I expected it to take two or three days. This is the same company that we hired to also do the roof on our new house. They did a great job, so I'm glad they will also be doing our new house.
It looks like we will be closing by the end of next week on the new house which is great. That gives us a couple of weeks to get work done there and start moving some things in.

This is SOOOOO exciting, Terri!!! I remember a few times when we had big weekends right in the middle of packing for a move. Sometimes it is a good reprieve. Have a great time this weekend.
