I'm getting to this later and later these last few days! Here it is, bed time, and I'm still reading blogs, only to realize I haven't posted yet today.
There is really nothing to post. We are watching the neighbors cats this week, while they are on vacation, so I set my alarm for 15 minutes earlier than usual to give me a little more time to run next door for breakfast duty. Murphy and Millie are doing just fine.
Tomorrow evening is our volunteer orientation for the Honor Flight. I'll need to leave work a little early for it, but since I am doing community service, I don't have to use vacation time. Nice. If I can take some photos, I'll share them tomorrow evening.
I RSVP'd for my DAR Chapter's fund raiser for Honor Flight. It is November 4th - a wine tasting event. I also RSVP's for the DAR Christmas party/meeting. I don't want to think about it just yet, but Christmas IS coming!

You always think you have nothing to write about and then you do a fine job of it. I like reading about life in Florida. I will probably never get there now so your blog is the best I can do.

DeleteMy Monday was just blah. Nothing happening, all good, so I just pass time. Christmas is on Wednesday this year and that seems strange for some reason. Do you take off days before, or days after??? Have a good day Terri.
ReplyDeleteLinda, I will probably take the whole week off, or maybe two weeks. I will only have to use 6 days of vacation, since we get two days for both Christmas and the New Year.

ReplyDeleteMonday was pretty quiet for me, nothing exciting other than we did manage to get our taxes done. Thankfully we do not owe anything. Next year, I am concerned that Uncle Sam will get us, since we won't have any children at home now. Have a good week!
