Just a quick note today, since we have company and will be out most of the evening.
Our friends arrived around noon. The tour at the college was for 1:00, so we grabbed some lunch at a little deli/grill on campus. It was fun. Tonight, we will go out for dinner, then to the classic car show. See yesterday's blog for links to the college and the car show, if you are interested.
The Frank Lloyd Wright designed fountain (Water Dome) came on while we were eating...couldn't have timed it better had I tried! It is so beautiful!
Tomorrow, they are touring Southeastern University, also here in Lakeland. That one starts at 10:30. I think the 'girls' are going back tonight, so Sky can play in a soccer game tomorrow. They drove up in two cars.
