What to write?

What is there to say about a typical Monday? I got up, went to work, came home and here I am.

I did go to the clinic, for my lab appointment.  The nurse called me with the results already. She was quite pleased that all the tests on my blood came back perfect to move ahead with the MRI, EKG, and the surgery next month.  Wednesday will be MRI/EKG day. I've taken the whole day off. I'll be at the clinic for at least three hours and decided I didn't want to go to work after all that.

We had a great weekend, as I've written about already. I am happy to see Kris back on Blogger today! I'm sorry that several of you still have rain and nasty weather. I enjoyed pictures of grandkids, old cars, fireworks! I so enjoy our visits here.

Thanks for stopping by. Maybe tomorrow will bring something more interesting for me to write about. Peace, love & hugs.

  1. Me, you and several other blog friends are feeling the same way. I too was glad to see Kris back...I have missed her on here. We may all be in a 'holding pattern', but things will change again, and probably sooner than some of us want. We will just take each day as a gift until then...........Hugs

  4. Sometimes the only good thing to say about Monday is that it's finished. I'm glad that Kris decided to post something too. I doubt that I'll post a lot when I go on holiday later on, but until then I have zillions of things to do. Wishing you luck on Wednesday. Hope the tests go well.

  7. I second your welcome back to Kris - I was so pleased to see her stop in! Not much news to share here either.

  8. Like you told me, it's not the things we write about, it's taking the time to post a little tid-bit so your "online sisters (and brothers)" know that you are ok. It's when we disappear that causes great concern. It doesn't need to be anything exciting. I've come to the conclusion that even if I don't have anything special to write about, I may just write "Hello".
Your are in my thoughts and prayers for good test results and for the upcoming surgery. ♥

  9. Wonderful that your blood work came back okay. I am glad Kris is back too....I have missed her comments and I just got back from the doctor's and it was good to read all her nice comments. I hope the rest of your tests are fine too. Have a great day!

  10. Obviously I am just a bit behind in commenting. My thought on nothing to write is "Praise God for an uneventful day!" Some days we don't like what happens or the news we receive!!!
