Made it to Friday!!
The first full work-week of the new year is behind us! Hooray!
We grabbed some Chinese for dinner, and went to Publix for some last minute needs, for the dinner party tomorrow night.
Got home and I got the cakes in the oven. They are cooling. I will ice them and decorate tomorrow. While the cakes were baking, I made the meatballs and thawed the Italian sausage. They are all in the oven now.
Tomorrow morning I'll get the sauce started and then get the cleaning done. Guests are arriving at 6:00, so I will have plenty of time to get ready. The ravioli lasagna will go in the oven when friends start to arrive. We will enjoy drinks and antipasto during the first hour or so.
I do need to run to the Museum first thing tomorrow. We are having an event. It's not one I have to help with, but I feel like I need to pop in for a little while. That will at least get me out of bed early so I can be off and running. It starts at 9:00.
