Those Little Annoyances
1. What pet peeves bother you the most? Probably first on my list is people who are late. Please apologize in advance and be forgiven, but don't hold everyone else hostage while we wait for you.
2. Do you air your grievances or keep things to yourself? It depends on who it is, but my face speaks volumes, I'm afraid!!
3. What government ordinances, city requirements, mandates, or just plain red tape annoy you? I don't hide the fact that I am a conservative. Smaller government, less intrusion, stick to the constitution, etc., etc. I don't know that I get annoyed (exasperated is a better word, perhaps), but I do vote!!
4. When the annoyances of life gang up on you, do you take it to the Lord in prayer? Yes. What else helps you gain your equilibrium...music, a movie, a treat? Faith! How do you deal with it? I think this is answered above.
Peace and Hugs!
Sadly, my face gives me away as well. Wishing you a beautiful day, Terri.
ReplyDeleteGreat answers. Yes, I agree about late people. Some things can't be helped, but at least try to let people know! I'd rather be 30 minutes early than be late. LOL. Your answers are all spot on. I'm probably not going to get this one done today, but I'd probably ditto most of your answers. LOL. Have a lovely day my friend.
ReplyDeleteGreat answers, Terri! I'm with you about people who are late and the government poking its nose in places it shouldn't. Keep praying!
ReplyDeleteGreat questions and answers! I find that the older I get, the less things bother me. It really doesn't matter.
ReplyDeleteYes Terri - I think if I did this my answers would be the same.
ReplyDeleteI am one of those people who are always ridiculously early for everything so when people are late it really annoys me too.
ReplyDeleteMy girls says my face shows the subtitles. I might not say anything but my expressions show how I feel.
Good answers and we have a lot of the same. My pet peeve is people who won't say what they really think!
ReplyDeleteExasperating, a very good word for our government these days.
ReplyDeleteTears give me away. Always have.
ReplyDeleteMy mother always said my face spoke volumes. (Good thing I never felt led to play cards!) I, too, get so annoyed by late-comers -- but they're a close second to shoppers who "hog" the store aisles. Wish I had the nerve to buy a horn for my buggy.
ReplyDeleteMy face is a dead give-away - every time! I try to keep it from showing, but it still shows haha!
