Hodgepodge Questions-Volume 654

From this Side of the Pond

1. What do you make more complicated than it needs to be?  LOL... life in general!!  Seriously, though, my life isn't complicated at all these days.

2. What impresses you?  Sunshine.  Rain.  People who have a green thumb!  God's grace and mercy. Amen.

A home on our morning walks... so pretty!

3. On a scale of 1-10, how picky of an eater are you?  (1=extremely and 10=not at all)  7.5  If you had to eat a meal made entirely of one color, what color would you choose?  Green!

4. What does balance in life mean to you?  Good health, peaceful sleep, family and friends who care, enough food in the pantry and fridge to share and enjoy...   Does your life currently feel 'balanced'?  Thanking Jesus all the time that I can answer yes to that question!

5. If you could travel the world for a year, what would be your first destination? Scotland!!  My DNA says I am 37% Scottish and Northern Irish.

6. Insert your own random thought here.  If you have an interest in Scotland, check out Ruth Aisling on YouTube.  I want to see Scotland with her!!

Peace and Hugs!

Chorus:
I’m so glad I’m a part of the Family of God;
I’ve been washed in the fountain, cleansed by His blood!
Joint heirs with Jesus as we travel this sod,
for I’m part of the family, the Family of God.
(Words and music by The Gaithers)

  1. I've been to Scotland but would like to see more of it. Such a beautiful country. We're supposed to have a rainy weekend which is a bummer for people wanting a Memorial Day at the lake, but we definitely need it. Have a great day!

  9. Scotland is a rugged and glorious place, Terri. I visited there, as well as England and Ireland when I was in a study-abroad class in college. Great memories!
