I've had such a great week!! I posted a few photos on Wednesday, documenting the visit I had from blogging friend, Barb, and her hubby, Gary! I had such a good time with them!! If you missed my post on Wednesday, here are a couple of the photos...
My great-niece, Jackie, arrived on Wednesday! It's so great having her here, and we did some work on the Cricut yesterday. My first project is completed!!
Last night, we went out with the Mas Verde group. Dinner was at Beef O'Brady's and was good! Jackie got to meet a few of my friends, and they got to meet her!
Today, we are off to Lake Kissimmee for an airboat ride! We are going to the Mayfaire art festival on Saturday, before Jackie has to head home. Susan and Sandy (my neighbors) are going with us!
I will go to Mayfaire again on Sunday! My son's partner, Kali's parents are driving down from Clermont to attend Mayfaire with me! I've been inviting them every year and am so happy they are coming this year! Kali's dad is a very accomplished photographer. Click here to see his photos. I hope they all enjoy Mayfaire! I always do (especially now that I don't have to work the event!)!

I love your Cricut creation. I had one at one time and eventually gave it to my daughter in law who could use it far more than I could with all my things these days. They are really cool and quite versatile. My daughter and I claimed that verse as a favorite after we got in a horrible car crash and came out ok. Someone pulled out in front of me and totaled our vehicle. We came out with no problems, but it was one of those things to see the cars you had to know God intervened.
ReplyDeleteHave fun at the festival.
Oooh Terri! I love, love, love what you did with your Cricut. I can see great things ahead for you.
ReplyDeleteI'm enjoying living through your current guests with bird visits, art museum stops and now the airboat. You'll have such fun!
Mayfaire will be great too and I'm looking forward to pics.
Great job on the Cricut project! Nothing like an in-person tutor! Have fun!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely love the Cricut Psalm, Terri. Great job! Enjoy every moment with Jackie and the others who will be going to Mayfaire.
ReplyDeleteHow lucky you are to have an in-house tutor ... I'd love to learn the Cricut, but fear it's above my paygrade. I hope you and Jackie have a wonderful time -- both on the air boat and at the art festival. Fingers crossed your weather cooperates!
ReplyDeleteLove your sign, looks great hanging on the wall with the other pictures. Y'all have fun today!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a happy post! Love the verse you've prepared for your guest room!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great - I do like that verse your made and that Jackie taught you how to use it. Mayfaire will be fun!
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like a delightfully full week--full of friendship and fun. That is a great verse. My grandgirl is a dab hand at the Cricut. xo Diana
ReplyDeleteYour Cricut project turned out beautiful! That Psalm is so comforting.
ReplyDeleteSo happy you had a great Cricut teacher! Your Psalms is beautiful and looks perfect for the place you put it. I'm sure Jackie is enjoying herself and hope you got to see a lot of wildlife on your airboat ride! I'm looking forward to meeting Jackie in a few hours and spend time with some of my favorite people!!!
ReplyDeleteOh, what fun to have something to create such nice projects...I love your sign! You did really well for your first project!! I am happy you are having so much fun with Jackie...sounds like she came at just the right time! I hope the weather cooperates for your outings! We are supposed to be getting rain this afternoon again, and then again for the next several days. I hope they are right! But I hope you get to enjoy your outdoor fun! Take care, and have a lovely Mother's Day!
