Tuesday 4
Interests and Hobbies
Welcome to Tuesday 4 kept up in honor of Toni Taddeo. Let's talk today about your interests and hobbies.
1. What are your interests and hobbies? .. reading? writing? collecting? I read. I write my blog/journal daily. I was very engaged in doing genealogy research a few years ago. I don't collect anything anymore. Lately, my biggest pass-time is watching TV. I have turned into such a slug.
2 How much time a week/day/month do you devote to your interests? Not as much as I would like, other than TV. I do that too much!
3. Do you share your interests with anyone? All y'all...
4.Tell us why you enjoy your hobby, pastimes, or interests. Fills the time. Something to do.
Peace & hugs! Jesus loves you and me!
I have turned into a movie addict and love every moment... :)
ReplyDeleteI think watching tv can be a hobby. I spend way too much time on it too.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
you and I have similar hobbies; I used to crochet but no longer; I love to read and am addicted to the tv. Have a good day my friend.
ReplyDeleteLike you, Terri, I love to read. I started watching a lot more TV during the pandemic, though. Guess you could call that a hobby? Of course, I love writing, too.
ReplyDeleteBlessings!
In my new chapter of life, reading has taken on a greater influence in me. Hi-liter pens and colored pencils with notes in the margins -- tools to help strengthen my faith and teach me principles I need for facing the future.
ReplyDeleteWe do change our interests over the years and the tv is always a source of entertainment. Enjoy your day sweet lady!
ReplyDeleteSlug, party of two! 😘
ReplyDeleteI love to read, I love to write notes/letters, and I love to cross stitch. Enjoy your Tuesday!
ReplyDeleteI watch TV as I blog, do crafts and many other things-sometimes an obsession. Enjoy your week. Great RWB blog background.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful blog
ReplyDeleteOf course blogging is a hobby - and I watch too much tv too!
ReplyDeleteI watch TV a lot too, but usually am crocheting, playing games and puzzles on my ipad at the same time. By the way, thanks so much for talking about Somebody Feed Phil a few weeks ago. Hubby and I have now watched all the show we can find and really enjoyed it. He just makes me smile almost the whole time I was watching it. Hubby loved it as much as me.
ReplyDeleteAnother slug here. *lol* I'm hooked on old movies that we stream for free of YouTube. Also been buying DVD's of old movies and TV shows in case "they" decide to alter them in some way or they aren't available anymore. (You know what I mean.) Hey, you're also a Working Girl again. That takes a lot of your time now I'm sure. Proud of ya. You're very strong in the faith. Just keep moving forward. It'll get easier as time passes.
ReplyDeleteSending Love & Prayers xx
I think you are doing just fine. Actually, it sounds like you are busy quite a bit, between working again, checking on Helen, going out with friends, church, etc. I don't know how you have much extra time at all, so a little TV watching is relaxing and entertaining. Soon you will be learning another new job, and it might be more interesting. I hope you will make some new friends and enjoy whatever comes along!!
ReplyDeleteSince last year, I too, have turned into a TV slug and I don't like it.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy some tv shows. Many I enjoy have been cancelled, so I will pick new ones...hahahaha Loved your answers! Have a nice week.

ReplyDeleteI like to watch certain shows on tv, especially medical shows. I hope you new job will be a blessing to you!
