I don't have any new photos to share today so I went looking for my post on the first Friday of October 2018. Here it is.... kind of like a throwback Friday!!
Friday Foto Friends...
Debbie, at Breathing In Grace, is hosting Friday Foto Friends HERE. We link up and share photos from our week. Take a peek and join the fun! Thanks, Deb!
That's all I have today! We are just excited that Cheryl gets to come home! Open heart surgery just two weeks ago! We will still be their wheels for a couple more weeks until Cheryl can drive again, but I know Helen will be happy to be in her own bed and I must confess that I will be thrilled to not set the alarm for a couple of days! Helen is an early riser. She has been so fun to have with us for two weeks!! Such a blessing!
I'm only sharing one photo from the ranch (Joe's client) this week.
The Cowboys were there to round up some of the cattle to sell.
You can see the trailers. More gates were closed which made it more
difficult to get to the house. Poor Joe man-handled the worst one and
got winded from it. I took care of the others and the same as we were leaving.
It is kind of exciting to see "real" Cowboys on the horses and they also
have their herding dogs with them. One of the dogs tried to herd us!!
Lakeland's Southside Cleaners always has a new sign up each week.
I had to snap this one...
"All work and no play makes you a Manager."
Cheryl received a gift of miniature mums and asked us to bring
them home for her. I can't have them inside so they are on our steps
until she gets home on Saturday. The buds are opening and it is so pretty!
Helen's new glasses came in at Walmart so we left our visit with
Cheryl yesterday to go pick them up! Christie Brinkley design and pink!
She looks so cute in them!! 90 years young!

Happy Friday! Thanks for coming by today!
Peace & hugs!
Next weekend we will be at Joey & Darlene's house so I will have some photos to share from that. We will also be back at the ranch this coming week. One of the owners has been in the hospital so we have missed going for two weeks. You can add Ann to your prayer lists if you would please.
Have a good weekend! God bless!!

{{{Big smiles}}} Have a great day Terri!!! smiles
ReplyDeleteThose mums are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed the recap, Terri, and looking forward to next week's photos when you visit Brunswick.
ReplyDeleteBlessings!
Enjoyed your photos from last year...they were just as good as new!! And, how wonderful you are ready to take a trip to GA! We will also be taking a trip that weekend (11-13th?) to my brother's in Charlotte, NC, for a family reunion. We are looking forward to that, and praying for cooler weather! Take care and rest up for your trip. We are trying to get over colds and hubby has some back issues that hopefully will be better by then too. Praying for you...please pray for us too! Have a good week.
ReplyDeletePrayers for you both daily! Safe travels next weekend!
Deletehave a wonderful weekend.... :)
ReplyDeleteSouthside Cleaners sign looks so perfect. I had an after-school job that included changing the sign with this suction-cup-on-a-pole thingy.
ReplyDeleteEvery single time I would run out of letters and have to use a red backwards "3" as an "E" or an upside down "M" as a "W". Or in desperation cut a "B" to make a "P" or an "L" to make an "I".
Pretty sure I remember these pics. Wow, how fast the year has spun by! I'm happy to add Ann to my prayers!
ReplyDeleteHard to believe Cheryl's surgery was a whole year ago! I like the manager joke!
ReplyDeleteThe mums are beautiful and it is so nice to drive and help your friends!
