I don't have much to share today since our week got turned around all topsy-turvy.
I put Easter away and did a more spring-like arrangement in my tiered centerpiece.
It's all about frogs... (Fully Rely On God - FROG)
Lakeland's Sun n Fun Fly-In starts next week on Tuesday.
We live about 15 minutes from the airport so the sky will be busy over Mas Verde.
It's kind of exciting to hear and see.
This is Lucy. She wanted my attention while I was trying to read the newspaper.
Yes, she is on the kitchen table.

And here is the April Challenge question for today. You can find the April Challenge HERE.
6. Someone who fascinates you and why.
Gosh, I've become a little jaded as I've grown older so I am not fascinated by celebrities or "big wigs" anymore. There have been too many times I've been disappointed. BUT, I am fascinated by my sister, Tammy, who has been such a good caregiver for her husband Bruce. He had a massive brain bleed three years ago (hemorrhagic stroke). I am fascinated by my sister, Patti, and sister-in-law, Jo Anne, who are both amazing teachers. I am fascinated by nurses everywhere. God bless them! These professions all take strength, patience, and a caring, enduring servant's soul.
Thanks for your visit!! Peace & hugs!!

Like your background this morning. Your tier centerpiece looks very nice, but it always does. You are so talented in so many ways. Praying you and Joe have a good Friday and weekend ahead.
ReplyDeleteLove your frogs. Lucy is so pretty. Air Show sounds noisy but fun. I've never been to one.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
I love your frog centerpiece, and "Forever Rely On God"...I need to remember that one!! Praying for your hubby and you...love your kitty cat, even if she IS on the table! LOL. I admire YOU...you are such a positive and pleasant friend...I wish we lived closer!! Thank you for your down to earth but uplifting attitude in life. You are my kind of gal! :) Have a blessed day dear friend. The air show sounds great...(sounds loud, too, but still great! )
ReplyDeleteI love your FROGs Terri!! I took all the Easter doo dads out of my dough bowl but I am leaving spring things in it. I am going to have to look for a frog to add to it. Thanks for the idea.
ReplyDeleteLove the centerpiece! Can't believe as well a week has passed. Have a great day. :)
ReplyDeleteI don't find many who fascinate me anymore. I agree with you though, it's the people like your sister that are true heros and are very fascinating.
ReplyDeleteI love the frog saying and tried to find the lady who decorated her motorcycle like a frog, big eyelashes on the headlights, painted green, red lips, wish you could see it. I couldn't find it. Anyway, I like the way you keep changing the three tiered trays. Very nice way to decorate for holidays. I've been to a few air shows. Hope you enjoy.
ReplyDeleteAha! I found a pic of the back end of her motorcycle. Will send to you by email since I don't know how to post it here.
I love your tiered centerpiece and have enjoyed watching it change with all your creative ideas.
ReplyDeleteYour kitty is demanding attention - I like your tier too.
ReplyDeleteAnother great seasonal centerpiece, Terri! Your tribute to everyday heroes is wonderfully put.
ReplyDeleteBefore meeting Tom I dated a fellow from Lakeland who was something to do with aeronautics; Pat and I visited the Air Show and had such a great time.
I just love your post, Lucy is so pretty and I just love your tabletop. Smiles
ReplyDeleteI love your little tiered centerpiece and all the cute things you decorate it with. I've been on the lookout for a similar one. Well, hello there, Lucy! Nurses are indeed worthy of our fascination, your sister included!
ReplyDeleteI love your centerpiece, and especially with the FROG focus. Perfect reminder while you wait on the plans for Joe.
ReplyDeleteLucy is so sweet!
I love your blue mugs. Very pretty especially with the yellow napkins. I also like your cat. She is very pretty. I wonder why cats love to sit on counters and tables?
ReplyDeleteLucy is cute.
ReplyDeleteAnd like you, I am not so much impressed by the famous any more. It's the 'ordinary people' who really are the stars.
Your foto of Lucy is my fave! She's beautiful. I'm not impressed by celebrities either, especially those who take a political stand...like we even care what their thoughts are on those matters! HOPE Mr. Joe is doing well and you both have a great weekend.
