A quick update...

Joe and I had a long day today but I got to bring him home with me.  We arrived at the hospital by 8:15 a.m. and got home at around 9:15 p.m.

Dr. Owen did the cath, looked around (how else would you describe it?) and has referred us to a surgeon.  It has not been decided yet about the TAVR versus open heart surgery.  Still hoping for the less invasive TAVR.  Dr. Owen also found another blockage that will be repaired when the valve gets repaired.  We are to have the consult within the week.  He also needs to see a pulmonary specialist to check lung function before any surgery/procedure will be done, so we have a busy week ahead of us.  Keeping Joe quiet and not trying to lift things these next few days should be fun (ha).

All of the prayers and good thoughts are felt and appreciated.  I humbly ask that you continue as we go through this journey! Thank you!  Peace & hugs!!
