Just checking in with a hello on this chilly Tuesday morning. Our temps are to be back in the 80s by Wednesday.
Joe is home today, with our handyman, Sam, and our landscaping friend DeWayne. I have no idea what to expect when I get home tonight! I'll let you know tomorrow, since there won't be a Hodgepodge this week.
Thanks for the visit! Peace & blessings.

Speaking of your temps - all along I have been checking the forecast for Tampa for this coming weekend, and it was always in the low 80's. But last night I noticed that it now says low 70's instead. It's hard to know what to pack, since I've put all my summer clothes away.
ReplyDeleteJean, we are into our cool at night and warm during the day season. I can tell you that I need a sweater or lite jacket in the mornings, going to work, but not when we leave work. My summer things have been put away - no more shorts or flip-flops and the water is too cool for me to go swimming now....but all the folks who come down from "up north" think it is hot and wonderful. We can always tell the natives from the tourists, in the winter months. You won't want to be wearing wool, but with no humidity, long slacks and a cotton sweater will feel good.
DeleteSupposed to warm up here and be in 60's for the next few days. Enjoy your nice weather
ReplyDeleteIt is exciting that the landscaping will be done and a surprise when you arrive home. Cant wait to see what has been done. Blessings!
ReplyDeleteThey are just tearing it all out today. All the scraggly bushes will be gone. We haven't decided what to put in yet, but having the bushes gone will be good for our house painter this weekend....then we'll think of something else to plant. I hate yard work!
DeleteIt will be like Christmas with surprises awaiting you at home. :) Happy Tuesday sweet Terri! Hugs
ReplyDeleteSurprise Tuesdays ... I like it ;)
ReplyDeleteHow strange! I just read your comment about no humidity in Florida now. Fall and winter is when we have high humidity which makes it cold, cold. On the other hand, low humidity in summer makes it bearable. It's soup weather for me now. Hope you have a good surprise when you get home.
ReplyDeleteBoy do I need a handyman and landscaper around here! Hope you have nice surprises when you get home. :-)
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like perfect weather!
ReplyDeleteHope you found many good things when you got home. :)
Hmm...I do not miss the warm weather--it is Nov. for petes sake. LOLOL--Looking forward to your post tomorrow. Blessings
ReplyDeleteHope everything went super today!
