Friday Five....

Our three events, yesterday at the Museum, went very well. I left a little before 7:00 p.m., and we had over 200 visitors, with more arriving.  There was a Barbershop Quartet at the Tea, and they were great. I LOVE barbershop music.  The close harmonies always give me goosebumps.

I didn't get any photos from the Soiree, but it was very nice too. Passed hors d'oeuvres always make a party feel a little classy (I think).  We had a pianist playing, with Christmas songs woven in here and there. It was very nice.

Tonight is the Art+Music event, which will be lots of fun. We bought tickets, since I'm not working.

My friend, Fran, sent me this video by email. I thought it was very funny, and since it is about a holiday dinner, I thought I would share it here. It addresses the times in which we live! Hope you enjoy it!!

Have a good Friday and weekend ahead!!  Thanks for peeking in. Peace & blessings.

  2. I've seen this video before. It's really well done and it is a sign of the times. I just hope you don't have any problems like this at your Thanksgiving dinner. We've got a grey day outside, but at least it's Friday. Enjoy your day!

  5. Isn't it incredible that we're thinking about Christmas! And yet that Polar Vortex has brought it to everyone's mind, that's for sure. The museum looks like such a beautiful place to work. I know you don't get to just walk the halls and gaze at stuff, but still... lol You and Joe have a nice weekend, Terri.
