I am starting to get excited about our road trip vacation. Of course, I need to get through Mayfaire this weekend, first, but I almost dragged out the suitcases tonight, just so I could see them on the bed in the guest room, waiting to be filled!!
More than a vacation, we will be celebrating my niece, Sara's graduation from Ohio University, my niece, Kelly's graduation from high school, my grandmother's birthday (June 10th), my sister, Patti's birthday (June 1) and my sister, Tammy's birthday (June 5), and Tammy's husband, Bruce's birthday (May 31). I will be meeting up with one or two blogging friends (Sandie & Sheila) I've not met in person yet, and also getting to see two or three for a second time (Linda, Tony & Laura)! I love meeting my blogging friends in person! We will be seeing three D'Orsaneo nieces, whom we haven't seen in over a year, when we stop in Savannah. That is also cause for celebration! Anyone else close to I-75, between Ohio and Florida? We are happy to pull off for a quick visit! Just let me know! Sheila, if you are reading this, we still need to connect, regarding St. Augustine!
Joe and I went shopping last night, with a 15% off coupon, at Bealls. I found a couple of blouses, and a couple of birthday gifts to take with us. Joe got a really nice golf shirt. Shopping for 'vacation clothes' is also fun!!
It is bank reconciliation time at work. Enough said. Lots to get done before we go!

ReplyDeleteI may not have my suitcases out just yet, but I'd definitely have a list going. Even then, I always manage to forget something! Maybe you'll be coming up I-75 sometime when I'm in Ohio.
