Thought I'd better check in, since it is almost 8:00 p.m. already! This has been one of those absolutely wonderful LAZY days! I was in my PJs until shortly after noon. It was just what I needed.
Joe went out to run errands. He had a prescription at Sam's Club, needed to ask some questions at the hardware store about fixing a leaking sprinkler piece in our sprinkler system (which we never use!), and our garage door keypad opener has been falling apart, so he picked up a new one at Lowe's. At least he got a few things accomplished today. I did nothing, except make us some dinner.
We went to the 4:00 Vigil Mass (the annual Easter $$$ appeal by our Diocese), dropped our friend, Al, back at home and decided to not go out to eat, since we've eaten out three or four times this past week. Joe wanted cheese-steak sandwiches (again) so I made a nice salad and the sandwiches for our dinner. He is watching Flyers hockey right now and I am thinking longingly about those PJs...
Hope you have had a good day. I must get some things done tomorrow. Our weather is cold again (for us), but we will be back into the 80s by the middle of the week.

ReplyDeleteI forgot to mention that the puppies have arrived at our son's house, and Karyn asked me what kind they are. They are Havanese, and will only get to be about nine pounds. Tiny little things!!

ReplyDeleteI LOVE days like this! I am kind of having a lazy day today:-) Ahhh..I can't wait until I can post that we are having 80 degree weather! Believe it or not, last year we started hitting 80 in March..so weird for us!
ReplyDeleteI totally understand your pj fixation. I hate to get out of them in the morning and can't wait to finish my walk and put on fresh ones. Especially in the winter when the flannels are so cozy.
