Sunday Stealing...

Thanks to Bev for today's questions.  You can join in HERE!

Stolen from The Pen Company

1. If your house was on fire, which three items would you save?  Items would be my purse, my computer, and my phone.  More important would be me and my two cats!

2. What is the strangest or most awkward date you’ve ever been on?  My dating life was eons ago.  I guess the strangest one was when the finance guy at the Ford dealership where I bought a new car asked me out.  We went to dinner and it didn't take me long to wish I had just met him there rather than had him pick me up. There was nothing there.

3. What are your biggest fears?  Fire and big water...

4. How do you spend your time when you are procrastinating?  That's my whole life!! LOL   TV, blogging, avoiding housework...

5. What has been your most memorable birthday so far, and why?  My 60th was fun because we had a party to celebrate but last year's was awesome with my grandkids!! They treated me like a princess!!

6. What is your favorite snack?  It depends but usually something salty.

7. What was your first pet?  My first pet was a dog named Happy.

8. What’s your favorite city in your country? Lakeland, Florida!!

9. Do you have a garden?  No.

10. What is your favorite thing about your hometown?  My hometown in Ohio was a great place to grow up and we had the best neighbors ever!!

11. What was the last book you read?  I'm reading the Whispering Pines Mystery Series, on book #7.  They are cozy mysteries and easy reads.

12. What is the best book you have ever read?  Besides the Bible, I really loved The Once And Future King by T.H. White.  It is all about King Arthur and Camelot. I think I've read it five or six times.

13. Who is your favorite author?  Janet Evanovich is still at the top of my list.

14, Is there a food that you hate?  Hate is a big word but I prefer to not eat okra or oysters.

15. Do you get along with your neighbors?  I LOVE my neighbors and am so blessed to call them all friends.

16. Do you have any tattoos or piercings?  I have pierced ears (one in each ear).

Peace & Hugs!

I believe in God our Father

    1. Whispering Pines is a community of witches so it isn't for everyone. I have found it entertaining. Just murder mysteries with a twist and certainly not serious.

  5. Okra and oysters. Funny how they both begin with the letter "O." My reply to that question would be "liver."

  6. Aw, look at that big grin on Happy's face! I don't dwell on the possibility of fire, but it's always there in the back of my mind. When we first moved here I made sure of possible exists 'just in case.' Things can be replaced, not so loved ones.

  7. Did I ever tell you that our assistant minister of music is from Lakeland? Her dad was Dan Hermany. He was a handbell director. I'm not sure which church in Lakeland. Also, the travel agency that we use for all of our trips is in Lakeland - Educational Opportunities. I've heard it is a beautiful city.
