My thoughts: I have never had a yellow dress. I have a couple of yellow tops, but would wear this dress if I had the figure for it!! As for the shoes, I'm picking pair #2 to complete the vintage style. I think maybe she is attending an outdoor, summer wedding. What are your thoughts?

ReplyDeleteHow I wish I could wear yellow! I think #2 is a perfect choice to complete her outfit. Perhaps she's headed for a girls' luncheon al fresco.

ReplyDelete"He makes me to lay down in green pastures, He leads be beside "the Still Waters", He restores my soul..." I love the dress and would love to have some place to wear it. I've never been a huge yellow fan either, but this one looks sweet and fresh and lovely. I agree with shoe #2, looks comfy. Although I think the hat looks too warm for the style of dress...I can imagine how my head would sweat in that felt hat in the summer. I'd prefer a pretty white "straw" hat with a yellow ribbon and/or flowers on it. Looks like a lovely dress for a garden party or outdoor wedding. Really sweet.

ReplyDeleteWe've been invited to an outdoor beach wedding in a few weeks but since it's on the sand, we'll be free to wear casual clothes. BUT if I were going to an outdoor wedding with this gal, I'd be wearing shoe #2 as well. I like all the choices this time.
