Happy 4th Sunday of Advent!

Wishing you all the blessings of LOVE this Sunday and the week ahead as we anticipate the coming of our Lord and Savior, Jesus!!

Peace & hugs!

There were shepherds taking care of their flocks at night. An angel appeared to them and told them not to be afraid as he brought good news, “This very day in David's town your Savior was born – Christ the Lord!” They would find the baby wrapped in cloth, lying in a manger.

Helen update: I did not see Helen yesterday.  I had to take the neighbors to the airport which I did and was happy there wasn't horrible traffic either going or coming home.  I didn't hear from anyone at the nursing home and will see her tomorrow after church.

Someone yesterday asked to see my cat tree t-shirt...

  1. Ho Ho Ho!! Merry Christmas! I love that Cat Tree shirt! That is really cute! Glad that "no news is good news" regarding Helen at this point. Has she been moved back to her room? Still praying. Glad you had a safe trip to and from the airport and I trust your neighbors made it home safely with no major delays. I guess the weather is going to be getting crazier and crazier this week...It will be cold enough to snow here for Christmas! Wouldn't that be amazing?! Happy 4th Sunday of Advent...LOVE. Our choir will be singing the cantata today. It will be a LOT of singing and standing. Praying I don't cough. LOL. Have a blessed SONday!

  2. I am glad you had a safe trip to and forth from the airport. I have been taking the interstate home from work and I have to say one is def. taking one's life in their own hands, lol...but it does cut 30 min. from my drive. Keeping Helen in prayer, Terri.

  3. That was nice of you to make an airport run. I am dreading the 6 or 7 hour drive to my daughter's on Christmas Eve day. Going thru Chicago is my least favorite drive ever...I take that back- Atlanta is worse. lol
Wishing you a wonderful, blessed Christmas with your Florida "family". xo Diana

  5. That kitty sweater's so fun; I'd like to find something like that for a couple people on my list.
Whoa, driving to and around any big city airport is one of my least favorite things ... what a blessing you are!
Thank you for this Advent recap. How I love this time of the year!

  6. Thanks for including the info regarding each of the four Sundays of Advent, Terri. I can't believe Christmas will be here in a week! I love your cat tree t-shirt, too. I think I might look for one of those.
    Blessings!
