Sweetness. Isn't this dress sweet! In spite of the ice and snow up north, Spring is coming and this dress is all about Spring! Which shoes do you like best for the dress? Count down 1-2-3 and tell us why!
My thoughts: As I wrote above, this dress is so sweet and so pretty!! As for the shoes, none for my feet but for a sweet young girl... I like #1 best. Pair #2 would be my second choice. That decoration on the third pair would probably catch on the fabric of the dress. What are your thoughts?!
I like all of these shoes but agree with you that the decorations on #3 would get caught on the dress. They also might not get much attention, hidden under the full skirt of the dress. I'm going with shoe #2.
ReplyDeleteThinking of you this week as you go through the anniversary of losing your husband…those are not the words I want to use but as my friend and I share…she didn’t really lose hers…he is waiting on her…the family just celebrated his birthday wi5 his favorite foods and treat…she is so positive…like you…he was the best, and she doesn’t need more…she wants to concentrate on the good 55 years not the last with the Altzeimers…you are an excellent role model for others also…I wish you two knew each other…prayers for you…and your friends and family…

ReplyDeleteI agree with you on all of the above. I love the dress fabric...so pretty and feminine. Where do people ever where these pretty dresses? I wonder if there is some secret place somewhere where people still dress up and go to fancy dress balls, etc. I guess I live a much too casual lifestyle anymore. Just the thought of wearing such shoes and dresses...well, I guess if I were young and thin and perfectly formed it would be lovely...but nowadays it's best to keep things covered up! LOL. It's still fun to dream about dancing in a pretty dress like that...like Cinderella...
