I'd love to take one of those ancestry tests, Terri. Were you surprised by the results, or did you already have a good hunch?
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday, my friend!
I had no idea about the Norway and Sweden connection and thought I was more Irish and Scottish than British. My maiden name is Kelly and my mom's is Cameron. The German is from Willman and Switzer so that didn't surprise me.
DeleteThese are so much fun, Terri. I love getting to know more about you bit by bit. I hope you have a great, blessed Sunday- xo Diana
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful Sunday... enjoy!
ReplyDeleteLast time you got stopped by a cop or pulled over? The other day I was driving on the highway and knitting. A police car came by my side and on the loudspeaker they said, "Pull Over!"
ReplyDeleteI replied, "No ... it's a scarf!!!"
God bless.
Hi Terri! I would love to do a DNA test to find out my heritage! That would be so neat.
ReplyDeleteI hope your doctor's appointment goes well tomorrow! Loved your answers!

This DNA thing has my husbands family up in arms, sigh...I hope your dr. appointment goes well tomorrow. My yearly is Dec 11...not looking forward to it. smiles
ReplyDeleteIt's always interesting reading everyone's answers and some are just to the point and then there's me that's gets all wordy. :o)) Happy Thanksgiving to you!
ReplyDeleteOh, I love how you and Stacy were 'honors' students. (Me not so much.) I've been back-and-forthing on spending the $ to take one of those Ancestry DNA tests; I'm pretty sure mine is pretty even German and Norwegian.
ReplyDeleteI fear my international travelling days are over, but Italy will always be my favorite.
That is almost exactly how my DNA stacks up down to percentages...based on my son's test. I'd like to do one, but I doubt it would be much different than his since Tim and I have very similar heritages except for him having more Irish than me.
ReplyDeleteYou might be surprised! It is lots of fun!
DeleteHard to imagine a cop giving you a ticket for going 35 in a 25 mile zone. He must have had to get rid of his tickets. LOL! Enjoyed your answers Terri and I agree with a few of them. Have a blessed evening my friend.
ReplyDeleteI like cats too, but then you knew that!
ReplyDeleteI also burn, and I gather freckles. I have said that the only way I would get a tan would be my freckles merging. :)
