ALL RANDOM
Welcome to Saturday: 9. What we've committed to our
readers is that we will post 9 questions every Saturday. Sometimes the post
will have a theme, and at other times the questions will be totally unrelated.
Those weeks we do "random questions," so-to-speak. We encourage you
to visit other participants posts and leave a comment. Because we don't have
any rules, it is your choice. We hate rules. We love memes, however, and here
is today's meme!
Saturday 9: All Random
This week's Saturday 9 is refreshingly theme free, featuring questions submitted by regular Saturday 9ers. Crazy Sam really appreciates all the help she received with this week's meme, and is jealously protecting all your unused questions. Expect to see them sprinkled throughout Saturday 9s in the future.

1) Do you prefer your pickle sliced thin, sliced thick, or
in a spear? Thin
on a sandwich, spear on the plate.
2) What kind of eggs do you like best for breakfast? Scrambled.
3) If you got 2 pennies for change, would you pocket them or
leave them on the counter for the next person?
I usually leave pennies for the next person.
4) You’re now in charge of the manners for the planet. Tell
us the new rules for cellphone etiquette.
Put them away at restaurants and/or at the table
for a meal with others. Please!!
5) You’re about to write a novel. What genre will it be (sci
fi, chick lit, historical fiction, comic …)?
It would have to be a mystery set in a
historical location.
6) Is it a bad thing to lie to save a friend’s feelings? It is always bad to
lie, but there are always ways to save a person’s feelings without telling them
a lie. I would be devastated to learn a
good friend had lied to me. Much better
to tell me my hair has looked better or the outfit I tried on makes me look
huge! If you love me, don't lie.
7) Is your big toe your longest toe? No, the one right
next to it is longer.
8) Hot stone massage: yea or nay? I love a good deep
tissue massage. It could certainly start with hot stones to loosen the muscles
a bit, but if that is all I’m getting….nay.
9) Do you check the mirror before going out? Not right before heading out, but certainly when I was doing makeup and hair….
Thanks again, Everyone!

Thanks so much for joining us again at Saturday: 9. As always, feel free
to come back, see who has participated and comment on their posts. In fact
sometimes, if you want to read & comment on everyone's responses, you might
want to check back again tomorrow. But it is not a rule. We haven’t any rules
here. Join us on next Saturday for another version of Saturday: 9,
"Just A Silly Meme on a Saturday!" Enjoy your weekend!
Thanks for your visit today! Thanks to Samantha for another Saturday:9!! Peace & hugs.

Totally agree on #6, Terri....lying, at least for me, is a big no no. I enjoyed your answers...have a beautiful Saturday. Blessings
ReplyDeleteI have never had hot stone massage but it sounds wonderful.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
#5 Regarding your historical mystery novel -- go with that and let me know if you ever write one! (smile)
ReplyDeletei had never heard of leaving pennies for the next person. i've never encountered pennies left on the counter for me when i'm next in line, anyway!
ReplyDeleteLots of retail places here have a little bowl or cup with extra change, so the next person can take what they need. It's done a lot here in Lakeland.
DeleteI always leave pennies and nickles in the bowl, but my favorite thing to do with pennies is to sprinkle them on the pavement of parking lots. That way, those kids that still are looking for a lucky penny can find one.
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed your answers, hope you're having a great week-end!
