My weekend was uneventful, other than continuing to cough and blow my nose. Boo hoo. I didn't go to church yesterday. No one needs to listen to coughing and blowing and wondering how many germs I'm spreading. Better for all to just stay home. I did get my two loads of laundry done!! LOL
Earlier in the week, I went to get my mail (at the clubhouse), and when I pulled into the carport, I noticed this crazy reflection on Susan and Chuck's house (next to mine). Not sure if my house is being spied on, or mine is spying on theirs, but it did make me chuckle and get my phone out to take a picture!
Earlier yesterday, I took a picture of Casper enjoying his catio perch! He seems to enjoy it more than Vinny does, though they both go out there when I open the door and the window for them in the morning.
I am taking it easy again today, but I do have appointments for the next three days. I also have prescriptions waiting for me at Publix, so I will get that done, too. Life does go on.
A short Monday catch-up. Thanks for your visit!!

I'm sorry you are still dealing with that crazy cold. I'll be praying you are soon better.
ReplyDeleteThat reflection is funny!
That's a shame you didn't make it to church but it sounds like you did the right thing staying home. The eyes on the side of the house did make me chuckle, I would have take a photo too! Feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteSorry you are still a coughing machine! You are making good choices to rest until you are up to par!
ReplyDeleteDid you ever figure out what was making that reflection, Terri? Praying that cold will cease and desist! Blessings!
ReplyDeleteI'm with Martha -did you find out what that reflection was? Inquiring minds want to know! 🤔
ReplyDeleteHope your are feeling 100 percent soon...and can get rid of that cough. Why do they seem to linger so?? Happy Monday!
ReplyDeleteTerri those googly eyes on my house are hilarious! I think it’s me checking on you to make sure you’re OK. 🤗. I’m glad Casper is liking his catio!
ReplyDeleteCasper and the catio perch made me smile and so did the reflection. That was eerie. Hope you feel much better soon.
ReplyDeletePlease, do let us know the source of those binocular lens! Hopefully, no-one will come along and draw eyeballs on it. (lol)
ReplyDeleteI've been sneezing and blowing my nose all day, every day, but I'm pretty sure it's just allergies. I hope you're feeling much better real soon!
I'm sorry you had to miss church, but I do know how you felt, and it's always better to be resting at home and not spreading germs, or even giving the impression that you might be spreading germs! LOL I'm sure your body appreciated the rest. Oh, those eyes are looking at you! Funny reflection! did you figure out what it was? And that "catio" looks interesting. I hope the kitties appreciate the trouble you went to to provide it for them! I know it's getting hot outside already, and I notice that Blackie wants to come inside more and more during the heat of the day. Can't say as I blame him.
ReplyDeleteI do hope you feel much better soon. I know you have things to do and places to be! (((HUGS))) from a distance! LOL.
Dear Terri, I love the photo of Casper in his catio!!! I am sorry you missed worship service, but your health is the most important. As well, the health of your fellow church members.
ReplyDeleteContinuing prayers for you. I have had a chronic cough for over a year now and the doctors are still trying to find out the cause, so I totally understand this!
I love the "eyes" reflection - how cool!! I'm glad you are slowly getting better!
