There isn't a linky, and there aren't any rules
Check out the gown and then tell us which shoes you like best for the look.
It's all for fun and just a whimsical thing!
Photos are from The Storybook of Dreams and Beauty!
A very sweet, classical look to share with you this week. Which shoes should she choose? Count down 1-2-3 and tell us what you think! It's all for fun and just a whimsical thing!
My thoughts: I really like this gown and wish I were thin enough to wear it, and that I had a place to wear it!! LOL (Wouldn't it be pretty in an aqua color?) As for the shoes, none would be in my closet, but this week I'll choose #3. What are your thoughts?
Peace and Hugs!
Give thanks with a grateful heart
Give thanks to the Holy One;
Give thanks, because He’s given

Give thanks, indeed!! Paul is in remission. To those who have him on your prayer lists, thank you! He isn't done with care and treatment at Moffitt, but Praise God for today's report!! Anne and Paul invited me to dinner at their house last night, featuring pizza and wings from Jet's Pizza. Their kids called while I was there, and it was all upbeat and happy. Paul is doing great!!

Such wonderful news about Paul! Praise the Lord!! So glad you could be a part of their celebration! As for the dress, yes, it is lovely, would make a beautiful Mother of the Bride dress for a very formal wedding, and yes, I'd love it in an aqua or a deeper teal. For me, I will choose shoe #1, because I don't like open toes or straps. I just wish they were about a 1 or 2 inch heel, however. LOL. Yes, Give Thanks, with a grateful heart...Amen!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat news about Paul, smiles. Oh, I would pick #1, that dress would be pretty in Teal too. smiles
ReplyDeleteFantastic news about Paul!!! I'll choose #3, too, today. Blessings, Terri!
ReplyDeleteWhat excellent news about Paul! The Lord is mighty. I think the dress would look good in a number of colors (aqua/teal, berry, sapphire, emerald). None of the shoes really appeal to me, but I'm going with #3.
ReplyDeleteWonderful news on Paul!
ReplyDeleteThat is a pretty dress. I think I would choose shoe #1 to go with it.
Great news about Paul! I'll go with #3 also.
ReplyDeleteWonderful news about Paul! I choose shoe #1.
ReplyDeleteGreat news about Paul.
ReplyDeleteI could not wear any of those - but I will take shoe number two - lovely dress!
Any time there is a positive medical report, there is reason to be thankful. Such good news for Paul and those close to him!
ReplyDeleteAs for the dress, it is beautiful but I would need it in another color (a deep jewel tone) and with Spanky's underneath to obscure what gravity is doing to my aging body.
Regarding the shoes, since it's all make-believe, I'll go with #1. Very pretty!
I don't think double Spankys would get me into that dress, but I can dream! LOL
DeleteThis dress reminds me of what I wore to my (first) bonus son's wedding 'back in the day.' Back when the old saying, "Mother of the groom wears beige and keeps her mouth shut." was popular. (LOL!)
ReplyDeleteI like Shoes #1 .... more so, Paul's wonderful news!!!!!
Definitely shoes #1 for me. Great news about Paul.
ReplyDeleteWhat a blessing that Paul is in remission!! You are a blessing to them! I would pick #2.
ReplyDeleteThat is a really pretty dress, I would love to have somewhere to go to wear something like that. I would go for #2.
ReplyDeleteThat is fantastic news about Paul!
