If you follow the British Royals on Facebook (like me), Catherine has been looking so beautiful in her tailored ensembles and lovely hats. That's what I thought of when I saw this. Count down 1-2-3 and tell us which clutch bag she should carry. It's all for fun and just a whimsical thing!
My thoughts: The dress is lovely and is one I might even try to wear, emphasis on TRY! LOL As for the clutch... I am choosing #2 because the color seems right, and it's a bit more 'tailored' than the other two. What are your thoughts on this monochromatic look?

Wouldn't this dress look lovely in an aqua? I like bag #2 and if it has a hidden strap, that would get bonus points from me.
ReplyDeleteWell, bag #2 is sleek and sophisticated, but I'm not sure you could even put a tube of lipstick in it! LOL. I kind of prefer #3, because it looks a little more roomy for the few things I might need. I do love the outfit and the hat. I wish we had places to wear such lovely outfits! We have a few ladies who like to wear hats to church, but they tend to be a view obstruction for those sitting behind them! And I sing in the choir and so wearing a hat in the choir loft just really isn't appropriate. I guess when you live in a small country town and lead a simple country life, you just don't have many opportunities to dress up like that. But I would love to do so if the time and place were right! I enjoy this time of "make-believe". Thank you, Terri. And Yes, He Lives! He Lives! Christ Jesus lives today! He walks with me and talks with me along the the narrow way! Amen!!

ReplyDeleteThis outfit is gorgeous. Like you, I enjoy seeing that Catherine is wearing. She seems to be very level-headed and handles herself well.
ReplyDeleteAs for the purse, I'll go with #3 since it looks big enough to hold all the essentials I like to carry with me (which is still much less than a lot of women).
