My thoughts: How exciting to have an invite to one of the inauguration balls!! I will choose #1 since she will be dancing and on her feet most of the night. What are your thoughts? (I would have flats to change into!!) It's all for fun!

I could see Melania wearing that dress! She would be so lovely in it! And yes, shoe #1 would be best, but flats for dancing! So beautiful!!!
