How is it Friday already?
I don't have much exciting to share but did take a few photos to show you today.
My sweet Vinny is asleep on my bed.
It doesn't look very good but it was quite yummy.
Philly cheesesteak and fries at Miller's Ale House.
Tim and Judy are back from their month in the Adirondacks so Judy quickly
organized dinner last night at Miller's Ale House. Larry,
Sharon, and Donna joined us!
And there was a pretty pink sunset when I got home!
This week went so fast for me! Eating out three times helped it fly by, I guess. After not going out these past few weeks, it felt indulgent and crazy but so much fun. I am blessed.
No plans for the weekend (yet, anyway) so will use the time to do some cleaning, and planning for my small group to be here on Tuesday. I will stop and see Helen after work today and make a stop at Winn Dixie on the way home from there - it's on the way.
Peace & hugs!
John 14:27 – Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.

I'm sorry, I had to laugh at "indulgent and crazy", for eating out three times. You are living life on the edge! It's funny because I would feel the same way...in fact, if I get a to-go coffee three times in a week, I'm out-of-control, ha. It's so nice to read your blog because you appreciate life so much. :)
ReplyDeleteWhoops -- Blogger just swalled my comment.
ReplyDeleteVinnie looks so comfy and your meal looks really messy and really really good! Glad you had a good time with friends. Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteWe haven't had a good philly cheesesteak sandwich in so long! It looks amazing!
ReplyDeleteYummy cheese steak... :)
ReplyDeleteGlad you got to have some fun outings this week. It will be nice to have some quiet time to get the house ready for your group.
ReplyDeleteEating out is a favorite thing for me to do although we do "eat in" most of the time. I stopped at Bone Fish Grill yesterday to bring home their Bang Bang Shrimp. Wow. So good.
ReplyDeleteAfter being cooped up so long during the pandemic, it always feels wonderful to eat out and see friends again. That's a great group you have there, Terri. And of course, I loved seeing Vinny. :)
ReplyDeleteBlessings!
