It is bedtime and I don't see a Tuesday 4 so, since I missed it last week I will post it instead.
Light...
Welcome to another Tuesday 4 by Toni Taddeo.
Let's talk about light, okay? You light up my life.. shine a light in the darkness, Miller Light. All kinds of light but how about at home?
1. Are you afraid of the dark? No. Is night or day your favorite time? Daytime is my favorite.
2. Do you have night lights in your home? Yes, the bathrooms, the hallway, and the porch light allows some light around the porch window.
3. How low do you set your air conditioning? It is on 79 degrees in the summer. Do you adjust it through the day? No. It takes more energy to cool it down again than to keep it steady.
4. Do you keep any outdoor or indoor lights on all night? Only night lights inside but our porch light is on all night. A street light at the corner lights up the street in front of the house.
Sometimes just sitting and talking with a good friend is far better than any food you could eat, but I am sure the food was good too. Sounds like a perfect afternoon. Speaking of lights, we have night lights in the bathrooms, kitchen and near the doors. Our outside lights are the motion detector type that come on if someone comes near the house/door. We have a lot of those little solar lights around the yard as well. We don't have any streetlights near our house, so the solar lights help us find our driveway in the dark and also our front porch. I hope you have a wonderful day. Today is Grand Opening day at Dixie Cottage, so I will be running all day long. Hope to do a post tonight if I am physically able to move. LOL.
ReplyDeleteHello Terri: Only solar lights and not many, neighbors have Christmas lights up all year kind of tacky in my mind, also an extreme number of solar lights, reminds me of a runway.

Good lunch, good friends.. whats better... :)
ReplyDeleteIt feels so good to talk and talk with a friend! Enjoy your day and stay cool!
ReplyDeleteYou had a buffet of conversation! Glad you had a good time! Those Asian buffets tend to be very good. You showed a lot of discipline by not refilling your plates over and again! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteSo glad you had a great time with your friend.
ReplyDeleteWe've outdoor security lights in both the front and back. Having no next door or across the street neighbors, these dark Alabama nights can stir my spidey senses. Glad you enjoyed a great lunch. Now I'm craving me some beef and broccoli!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a wonderful lunch with lots of talking!
ReplyDeleteWe keep our temp set at 78 degrees and it works for us.
We do not agree on the temperature setting. Dick needs to have it much cooler than I do, so I often turn it up a few degrees when he leaves in the morning and then down again when he comes home. He likes it at 75!
ReplyDeleteA long lunch and talking and talking and talking is my favorite kind.
