Once again, not much new to show you. This working puts a cramp in my style! LOL Not going to the farm (Joe's client) every week leaves a hole too. BUT... here are just a couple of new things...
-----------------------------
On my drive to work each morning, I pass this mural on the side of an insurance company's building. I love the vintage postcard look and finally got stopped at the red light in a good position to snap the picture! It is through the car's window, so not a great picture, but you can see it anyway.
Snapped this one of Lucy. She continues to heal but has been licking her incision. It still looks okay and doesn't seem to be infected. She will look 'funny' for another month or so until her fur grows back in, but she is still my sweet Lucy. Sorry for the glare from the lamp.
I meet the auctioneer today, after work, to talk about selling Helen's household goods. Cheryl will be there too. I am having an early supper (lupper) with my friends, Shirley and Heather!! Really looking forward to that!
Peace & hugs!!
Jesus loves you and me!

I love that mural. My hometown of Brewton has quite a few of those in town. All are very nice looking. Lucy does look like she feels better. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteLove the painting and Lucy is so cute. Hope you have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteNice photos. I do like that postcard graphic. Lucy is pretty. Ever notice that cats give us that "I'm only tolerating you 'cause you feed me" look? LOL
ReplyDeleteLove & Blessings. xx
I, too, love the vintage postcard look! Lucy looks so pretty -- back-lit by the lamp, like that was done on purpose. :)
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your lupper!
Have a great week. And give Lucy a pet.
ReplyDeleteLove the "postcard" from Lakeland. One day I hope to visit for real. So glad Lucy is doing so much better. I know that is a relief for you as well. And my thoughts and prayers go with you as you make arrangements for the sale of Helen's belongings. That is never an easy thing to do. Praying all goes well, and then that you have a pleasant evening with your friends. That is something nice to look forward to!! Enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteLucy's new look is interesting. I'm just so glad she is recovering. While you're forced to get used to a new normal since this past February, getting Lucy back to health and the delivery of the recliners brought to your home will help.
ReplyDeleteThat vintage post card look of that Florida mural is beautiful!
Lucy is adorable no matter what her fur looks like. I would love to be able to pet her, she looks so sweet. The mural on that building is so cool.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the weekend... :)
ReplyDeleteThat mural is so vintage, Terri, and Lucy does look like she's coming along nicely. Good news!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your weekend!
