Well, I finished all the seasons of Acorn TV's Brokenwood Mysteries (a very good detective series!) and have started watching the Miss Fisher Murder Mysteries. I have watched the first three seasons a couple of times and am enjoying them again - mainly because it is set in the 1920s. The clothing is amazing and she is very daring and lives in an amazing Victorian mansion. I think it is also on Amazon if you don't have Acorn. Lots of fun if you like period pieces and the 1920s! Here is Miss Phryne Fisher and she needs some shoes to wear, trying to impress Detective Inspector Jack Robinson. Count down 1-2-3 and let us know which pair you like best!!
My thoughts: I love Phryne and her clothes are amazing in this series. For this outfit, I see her wearing #3, but I actually like them all. What are your thoughts? I LOVE the number 3 pair!! It's funny - almost every time you post these, I pick my favorite pair and then notice that you had also picked that pair. Great minds think alike, hahaha!

ReplyDeleteAs for the shoes, I prefer the solid red shoes (#1) but would go with #2 if the first pair is not in my size.
I've not seen that series, but it sounds intriguing. Only because I'm not fond of silver (finish), I'll go with shoes #2.

ReplyDeleteWow! finally some shoes that might not be so painful to wear for us mature ladies! LOL. I think #3 looks best, but #1 would be okay too. I've never seen this series before. We don't have Acorn or Amazon, so I don't know if we can find it anywhere else. Sounds interesting!!

ReplyDeleteI have not heard of this series, but it sounds a lot like "Frankie Drake" and I like that. I will have to look for it. #3 shoes are perfect for this outfit.
