Stolen from The Queen's Meme
1. January usually has ample amounts of snowfall in parts of the world. Did you ever make snow cream as a kid? I grew up in Ohio. I never made snow cream but did eat my share of snowballs!
2. January is one of the months with 31 days. What are you going to do with that extra day? Just more of the same as every day. It is a day the Lord made, so I will rejoice and be glad of it!
3. What is your favorite magazine? My Mornings With Jesus devotional and Reader's Digest.
4. If you live to be 99 years old, what would you like your life to be like in that last decade?? I don't want to live that long unless I am healthy and have my faculties about me so I would hope my 90s would be happy, healthy, and full of family and love.
5. The great world of Wikipedia tells me that scientists claim 99% of all documented species are extinct. Which remaining species in the 1% category would you really like to see extinct. I am sorry to see any of God's creatures become extinct. He put them here for a reason. And which species in the 99% category would you like to bring back? We don't need dinosaurs roaming the land now but wouldn't it be fun to see a real Dodo Bird?
6. On January 14, 1986 motorists were required for the first time to wear seat belts?
Do you always buckle up? Yes, I always buckle up. Always. Why or why not? I have been hit by another car twice and one of those times was from behind. I would have gone through the windshield had I not had my seatbelt on. It saved me, but not from whiplash.
7. Why did the cow jump over the moon? Perhaps the farmer had cold hands!
9. Have you said anything in the last 24 hours that you regret? I don't think so.
10. Have you ever written anything on your blog that you wish you could take back? Not that I can remember.
11. Are you the blabber or the blabbee? Tell us your most embarrassing blabbermouth moment. I am not usually a blabber. One time, with two girlfriends in the car with me, I missed our exit because I was talking. Fortunately, the next exit worked fine. Very unlike me.
12. How important is a cell phone in your life? It has become more important than it was a few years ago, but if I happen to leave it at home when I go out, I don't go nuts. I even left it at work once and did fine without it until the next day. Joe is more addicted to his than I am to mine.
13. A "cuisine" is typically influenced by and named after geographical regions and cultures. Pretend your blog is a country. What is the name of your cuisine? Swiss cheesy (as in neutral territory).
14. You are the Blog Paparazzi! Which blogger's real photograph are you most interested in getting? Linda Conley's!! We never get to see Linda. Time to hide out with a camera and catch her!! 😜
15. Are you always on time or just a tad late? I am always on time or early. If I'm late, I'm sick.
16. Can you think of a time when you were late for something and it was REALLY a big deal? Nope.
17. If you were on your way to work and had five minutes to get there, would you stop in the road to rescue a crossing turtle? Yes indeed!
18. When you are having a really good day, what usually makes it good? A good night's sleep, a good breakfast, and something fun to do with people I love.
19. What is the most annoying Christmas song? Elvis' version of Blue Christmas. I can't stand the background singers!
20. You are Snow White. Which dwarf is your favorite and why? Probably Goofy because I like to laugh!

Wishing you a blessed Sunday! Peace & hugs! God bless!!

I am not a blabber; tend to listen more than talk. I need my cell phone for when I am not home, I need to check on Jim. I do wear my seat belt for safety's sake. So many this morning, I cant anwer them all. Have a beautiful day my friend.
ReplyDeleteWe are a lot alike--so many of your answers would mirror my own. Now I am smiling a bit because GOOFY was not one of the dwarfs...but Happy was! lol xo Diana
ReplyDeleteI'll take Happy! LOL
DeleteLike you, Terri, I'm always early or on time for any appointment. And I do tend not to talk too much; got that out of my system with all those years of teaching - lol! As far as I can remember, too, I've never written anything on my blog that I didn't mean.
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday to you!
Hmm I don't think Goofy was a dwarf. lol
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
Which tells you how goofy I am!!
DeleteNo use protesting … I'm totally OCD about being on time. Even during my brief post-retirement job I'd arrive early and hang out in the parking lot of a nearby Wal-Mart reading blogs and Facebook. Like Joe, I'm addicted to my cell phone. I'd be most interested in seeing a photo of Victor; mysterious fellow that he is.
ReplyDeleteVictor is a good choice, too! I have quit following Victor. Sometimes his posts are a little too much for me to wade through. Might check in again...
DeleteGEE! You're the second person, LOLOLOL. I feel so honored, lololol. Have a great day, friend...and never say never in regards to my photo. I have been dealt with some serious thoughts over this Christmas season in regards to this.
ReplyDeleteOCD here as well.... cannot worry about being late.... have a super good day.. :)
ReplyDeleteI hate the thought of God's creatures going extinct too. Loved your answers! Have a nice day!

As usual I would answer many of these questions just like you did Terri. And I did not sleep well last night so hoping tonight is better. I have to have my sleep to be a nice person.lol
ReplyDelete#19 Most annoying Christmas song? Santa Baby. We had to sing it in our community glee club and I just. don't. like. it.
ReplyDeleteWasn't that Eartha Kit who made that a hit? I agree with you - also not a favorite.
DeleteI have a lot of the same answers as you. I want only to live where I am healthy and not a burden to others. My problem is I used to be on time - now tho I am always a tad bit late - not sure why. Sandie
ReplyDeleteAs usual my answers would be very similar to yours. I did like your idea as to why the cow jumped over the moon! :)
ReplyDeleteI appreciate your swiss cheese territory here!
I'm sure glad you had your seatbelt on! I've always worn mine, but the point was driven home a few years ago when our son was hit from behind. Even with a seatbelt on and all 10 air bags deploying, he had a couple of cracked vertebrae...the two that are often the cause of internal decapitation when they fracture and sever the spinal column. The doctor told him he was lucky he had hard bones because he walked around all day before going to the ER to get checked out. He had to wear a huge neck brace for 2 or 3 months!
ReplyDeleteI hope you've had a nice Sunday and that you have a wonderful week!
I had to wear a neck brace or a couple of weeks and I will never make fun of them again.
DeleteThis entitles you to both earnings and claims on assets. You can often get a vote in elections regarding board members.
