Our son and daughter-in-law arrived yesterday, late afternoon! Darlene has an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon in Tampa, to take a look at her hip and for her to decide if she wants him to do the replacement surgery. She is going to the same clinic I plan to go to for my knee replacement (sometime next year, maybe).
I am SO thankful for family, for good orthopedic surgeons, that we are close enough for Joey and Darlene to drive down for visits more often. I am thankful for safe travels for our loved ones.
I am thankful for all of those things in the image above. Blessed and SO thankful.

ReplyDeleteWell Terri, we took Marvin to the doctor and he has gout in that knee! On meds now and much better. However, we know that knee replacement lies in his future as well. When he had the left knee done, it was just amazing how much better he felt. So yes, I am thankful for good orthopedic surgeons as well.
ReplyDeleteOh, didnt know you were doing knee replacement soon. My dad needs both knees done himself... amazing the things they can fix nowadays.
