It is time to link up with Rebecca Jo at Knit by God's Hand for her Thankful Thursday!
This has been a crazy week, getting back to some kind of normal after our vacation and Irma. We have been running every day. Appointments, food shopping.... did I mention appointments?
THANKFUL that we CAN get back to normal now and have the means for food shopping and doctors, dentists and barbers....
THANKFUL that neither Joe or I were hurt too badly when we fell earlier this week....
THANKFUL for friends who care for us as much as we care for them.....
THANKFUL for the army of workers who are helping to put our city and those around us back together....
THANKFUL for sunshine....
Hop over to Rebecca Jo's blog if you have time (linked above). She is an amazing woman, mentoring teen girls from her church, doing camps with them, doing Bible studies with them.... AND she knits and has an Etsy shop for her handmade items.
THANKFUL for your visits and wishing you a good Thursday! Peace & hugs.

So happy you came through the storm and are recovering from your fall. Have a blessed day.
ReplyDeleteDid I miss something? What fall? Glad you guys are ok. Praying for Fl. Texas. Carribean, Mexico... So many tragedies to pray for. Hugs, LJ
ReplyDeleteYou're so sweet lady! Thanks for the shout out.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you & Joe werent hurt either on that fall. Those are the type of things that you feel for days after.
It will probably take a while to find your new normal. I'm glad you two are all right and that is a great thankful list.
ReplyDeleteSo glad things are calming down for you Terri. Our sis in law's house survived the hurricane and the living quarters are ok but the storage under the house was flooded. They are looking for a place to stay temporarily as there is no water, electricity or plumbing on Big Pine Key.
ReplyDeleteWill keep them in my prayers! Glad they didn't have too much damage!
DeleteThankful first of all for your friendship. Secondly, thankful you nor Joe were hurt seriously, and that things seem to be getting back to normal. Praying any other hurricanes stay far, far away.
ReplyDeleteThe Army of Workers that have been there to help after these storms are amazing!! I am thankful for them too!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you're safe and sound and I'm so happy to see you're still here among the bloggers! It's so good to finally get back here!
ReplyDeleteI must have missed the news about your fall. I've been a bit behind in my reading/writing this week. I am glad you are both okay. I know what it feels like to be getting settled in after the storm. It really seems to take a while to get re-oriented. So thankful it wasn't worse!!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad that y'all weren't hurt too bad in your fall. I'm sure that didn't feel too good on your knees, though. Take care! I love reading your thankful posts!
ReplyDeleteSo sweet. Thanks for 'nudging' us to better appreciate our everydays! :)
ReplyDeleteGlad you are doing ok and getting back to the normal. I missed news of the fall. You both fell? That's not good, and I'm glad you are ok!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you are getting back to normal and doing things. Feel better from the fall. Those things take a few days to get over.
