Finally Friday!

Joe and I LOVE the Acorn channel on our Roku.  It is British TV and we have discovered so many good shows there.  The one we are currently hooked on is called "A Place To Call Home".  If you have access (it is also on-line) give it a chance. It takes place after WWII and into the early 1950s. The writing is wonderful and the characters so great.  Check it out here:  A Place To Call Home

I am going to share some photos I was given permission to download, from my nephew's girlfriend's Facebook page.  They are from the family reunion beach vacation.

So many wonderful memories of our week with family!  I even had a lovely card in the mail from Cousin Pam yesterday, saying how much fun they all had. Still basking in the glow of a terrific week!

Thanks for stopping by!  Love & hugs to all. Happy Friday!!

  1. Gary Arndt, the world traveller, says he doesn't usually take photos of sunsets, but I've seen a couple he's taken in Florida. You have more material for your photo album. Enjoy your Friday.

  5. Beautiful photos of everybody and oh, the sunset!!! I am bummed out that we didn't get a family vacation this year and also that netflix doesn't stream that show. We are always looking for something good to watch.

    1. Gina, we pay a monthly fee for ACORN TV and we get it through our Roku. You might find the show on the internet.
