Sunday Stealing.....

Happy March!!  We are sleeping in, after the Museum's Gala event, last night.  I'll post pictures and tell you about it tomorrow.  In the mean time, Sunday Stealing is on tap. Thanks to Kwizgiver for finding fun memes to share with us.  Visit Sunday Stealing and join in the fun!

Welcome back to Sunday Stealing which originated on WTIT: The Blog authored by Bud Weiser. Here we will steal all types of memes from every corner of the blogosphere. Our promise to you is that we will work hard to find the most interesting and intelligent memes. You may have heard of the expression, “honor amongst thieves”. In that age-old tradition, we try to credit the blog that we stole it from. We also provide a link to the victim's meme in our "Previous Victims" widget. (It's our way of saying "Thanks!") Sometimes we edit the original meme, to make it more relevant to our global players, to challenge our players, to select the best questions, or simply to make it less repetitive from this new meme or recently asked questions from a previously featured meme.
Cheers to all of us thieves!!!

Are you a jealous person?  No, I don't think so.

When is the next time you’re traveling out of state?  Unless we visit my sister in Georgia, between now and May, we are going to New Orleans to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.

Can you write your name in a foreign language?  My "real" name is Teresa and I think it is spelled Theresa in Spanish, perhaps, and maybe the same in Italian.  I really don't know, though.

When you’re getting ready for something, do you listen to music?  If we are having a party, I usually have the music on ahead of time, but we don't usually listen to music at home (the TV is always on).

What is your favorite day of the week?  Saturday (if I can sleep in!).

What is something you did yesterday and wish you could’ve done today?  Can't think of a thing.

If you woke up tomorrow and knew/spoke a different language, which language would you want it to be?  Probably Italian (or German), but I really wish I knew Vietnamese at the nail salon so I would know what the heck they are talking about when I am getting my nails done.  They chatter between themselves all the time. I would just like to know what they are saying!

What did you last order online?  An iRing for my GPS.

Do you have any specific hobbies?  Making jewelry.

What’s a song you recently discovered that you want to tell everyone about?  Can't think of any.

Favorite fall or winter accessory?  My ratty old beige sweater.

What did you last eat?  A delicious dinner at The Gala.  Lobster and filet.....

Look to your left. What’s there?  A sleeping cat, curled up next to me.

How long does it take you to fall asleep?  Usually, not very long at all.  Sunday nights are sometimes a problem, though.

Is there a TV in the room you are in?  Yes.

What comes to your mind when I say red?  It is one of my favorite colors.

Name something you think is pointless?  Arguing politics.

Thanks for coming by my blog today!  Happy Sunday!  Peace & blessings.

  2. Arguing politics, totally agree! Which is prob why we don't get many visitors, as hubby wants to argue/discuss politics (wink).--can't wait to see pics from the Gala. Have a wonderful Sunday. Blessings

  3. I agree about the arguing politics. Also the nail salon thing - I really want to know what they are saying too. Is it "This woman's hands are a mess!" ??

  4. Couldn't agree with you more about politics. Lots of good questions this week. I've said more than once that I have to listen to music while I'm ironing. I have a TV in my bedroom, but it's seldom on at the weekend. I'm not a big fan of TV although I loved it when I was a child. Your name is Teresa in Spanish too, but your name would probably have Maria in front of it and people might call you Maite (pronounced my tea with an accent on my). I think I'd like to speak Chinese. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday.

  5. Quite interesting questions and answers this week, Teresa :) Politics seems to be the name of the game around here on Sunday morning TV, and I have a good friend that loves to talk/argue politics, so I don't mind that so much. I can't say I hate many things...okay, cockroaches I hate .... but THE one thing that can make me get up and leave is when someone wants to argue creationism with me again. Had enough of that while teaching paleontology, thank you very much. If I never have to bear that nonsense again, it'll be too soon. Arghhhh!

  6. I think my name is Consuelo in Spanish. I am so with you on the nail salons. I find it embarrassing when they talk to each other and laugh. Although the way they talk is fascinating, I just think it is rude. Apparently, it isn't bad for business.
The last thing I ordered online was a pair of pjs. The reviews were good and they warned that sizes ran large, so I ordered one size down and sure enough, they came today and are HUGE!!! Back they will go.
