I am thankful for a few minutes at work, to jump online and check in! My home computer lets me online for (maybe) 10 minutes, before it gets wonky.
I am thankful for amazing co-workers, who are also extended family. Yesterday, several of us went to the FPRA (Florida Public Relations Association) breakfast meeting, as a surprise for Sandy, who just earned her APR designation (Accredited in Public Relations). She was quite surprised to see us there, along with her husband and several folks from previous jobs she held (including the retired publisher of our local newspaper). She cried. We celebrated with her. It was a great way to start the day.

ReplyDeleteI know your friend was happy to see everyone there even though I imagine you'll have already congratulated her and told her how proud you are. I've just watched one of my favourite processions on TV. For once we can be happy and thankful that the weather is lovely for Easter.
